Iron supplement that doesn’t cause stomach upsett
I had always had a problem with regular iron supplements causing nausea and an upset stomach. This supplement has never caused that problem, so I’m no able to get some extra iron daily without any issues. Very glad I gave it a try and I’ve been taking it daily for years.

Gentle Iron
I was slightly anemic. Have been taking these for 4 months & feel better. I haven’t had my bloodwork done yet but I definitely have more energy & am less fatigued. It’s also very gentle on my stomach & easy to swallow. I take it on an empty stomach with Vitamin C for better absorption.

Very effective!
After trying other ineffective iron supplements, I gave the Nature’s Bounty Gentle Iron a try for a couple of months. This supplement worked - no more anemia and my iron levels are right in the middle of the “normal” range. It really is easy on the stomach as well. It’s now part of my daily regimen.
