Is this a glass bottle?

Ours comes in a glass bottle. Most recent order was received 2 weeks ago, and it was in glass and packaged well for shipping.

I received my last shipment, just open & found the bottle leaked in the plastic bag. Not sure if content is ok to use. I can't return.
