Great board performance, needed to q-flash my bios on startup, nice features, lots of space and ports, easy enough that as a first time builder I did well, wish there was room to connect my network pins from my case but considering how expensive parts are getting rather good value for the cost! looks nice too with some on board LED work.

This is a solid motherboard. It is well designed and built for ease of use. The installation went exactly as a I would expect. No Drama, no ambiguity, just by the book. The manual that came with it is a book, so you wont have to download and print a copy of it. This motherboard is slightly larger that the Z790 Aorus Master X that I replaced, so I had to remove all of the cabling and ARGB wiring, but that gave me a chance to clean things up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS Master AI TOP Intel Core Ultra (Series 2).

I was pulling the clear plastic off, it ripped away the black vinyl beneath it. I told Amazon, showed pictures. They said to return for refund. I said, the price is higher than what I paid. By over $100. They used to work with me. I learned a few order and return a lot of things. Some kind of red flag goes on your account and they treat you different like you're scamming them. I've been an amazon customer for over a decade. They do not honor promises. They talk to me like some random potential "scammer buyer" rather then the loyal high output customer that i am. I had emails, confirming these promises. They butter you up, then don't honor their promises. So now I hate amazon. Very upset with "customer service". They promised price matches so that I would make the purchase and then do not honor the price matches. That's my main complaint other than the lack of empathy with my extremely expensive motherboard. It is what it is I guess. Rent over.
