It smells nice, kind of a botanical scent, not too strong. It is very moisturizing, and over time, should improve the texture and thickness of the hair and smoothness of the skin. I'm a bit picky when it comes to putting stuff in my hair. First thing I noticed when I opened this is the color is ... off putting. The smell is really good though. Did some research on the products in this and seems like this is the normal color for it since it is all natural...and honestly would rather have it that way instead of chemicals to make the color more palatable. Anyhow, wow....this made my hair soo soft just after the first use. Right now, in winter time, drying frizzy hair is a thing....so I plan to use this several times a week to both calm down my hair and give it some extra moisture to contend with the dryness.
