How high is it when it sits on the stand?

When you try to put together the stand if you don’t use smaller screws it will break

I understand its ment to be decorative but can be sharpened so could it be used as a weapon or might it break on impact?

This was purchased as a gift a year or so ago, but as I recall, it was of good quality. I don't know that it would withstand anything heavy duty and I think trying to sharpen would ruin the looks of it. It was slightly sharpened.
