Feedoo Slow Feeder Dog Bowl 1.5-Cup, Double-Wall Stainless Steel

I've used the plastic slow feeders for years with my dogs, but always felt they are hard to clean. I also have a dog that picks her dish ups and goes and hide it to chew on it. So I was replacing them frequently. I like these stainless ones because they are easy to clean, indestructible, and more hygienic. I wish the patterns were taller and more intricate like plastic ones. I bought the medium and returned it for the XL. I feed 1 cup at a feeding and in order to shake the food below the bumps it had to be the XL.

Perfect dish for my new pups who gobble their food down like they’re starving all the time. This works like a charm and I don’t worry about them choking now.

Works to slow down my pups from gulping their food. Stays put on the floor instead of being nosed around the kitchen. I bought the medium and large one for the size of my dogs. I find they are eating less as they slow down their eating. These get washed in the dishwasher daily. Their appearance is still bright and the surface on the bottom that keeps them from slipping is still tightly adhered to the bowl.

Works great. My two dogs no longer get that dog acne from bacteria on plastic bowls. And they eat slower.

I realize that there are other bowls out there that might do a better job of slowing down my dogs' eating, but I chose this bowl because it is stainless steel (actually feels more like cast iron), is easy to clean, and not made with anything toxic or breakable. While I like using the bowls, both of my dogs finish their meals in about half a minute. I don't feed kibble, which might take them longer in the bowl. Still, I'm satisfied that the bowl has doubled or tripled their eating time.

This bowl works great. It isn't as slow as some of the maze bowls, but it makes up for being more easily cleaned. We switched to a fresh food but still needed to slow his eating. We ended up getting 4. This also worked in one of the raised stands due to the straight sides.

3 stars from the pup. The bowl has lasted very well for the price point. It's not getting damaged at all. The grip on the bottom stands the test of time over the past 6 months at least. But, if you have a super fast paced eater, this kinds slows them down. Mind you my dog is a 25lb dachshund mix and will eat 1 cup of food within 2 minutes, she does have a smaller snout. With this bowl she'll probably be more like 4-5min uninterrupted. I was hoping it would take longer but we'll stick to this bowl regardless. Capacity: 1 cup of food will settle at the raised parts. and more will be over the raised parts. Over all great build. Not a great choice for the smaller snouts.

I have 4 of these. One of my dogs only eats from these. Easy to fill (I feed raw) and store. I put them thru the dishwasher after each use, they come out great! My dog previously had silicone slow feeders but got frustrated one day and shredded the silicone, making it unusable. These stainless steel ones have been indestructible by my cattle dog, so far!
