Love this easy to fit harness. Just a few minor strap adjustments and it fit perfectly. Ordered per the size chart and it was accurate, after taking measurements, I found the perfect size for my GSX. I love the leash clips on both back and chest. This will be used a lot this year for both car rides (with safety leash) and walks. The bright green is very visible when walking. Our first walk in it went great. No issues with getting it on/off etc. just slips over the head and clips under belly. And the free pooper bag dispenser is a nice gift. Our rescue is weird about getting his feet or legs touched by humans and with this design there is no need to touch his feet to get it into the harness. That’s a plus for us!

I actually bought 2 of the XL sized (gray and pink) but I'm not writing 2 separate reviews for basically same product. In a nutshell, these are good harnesses with little extra padding and worth the price. You can use these as anti-pull training harnesses. (These ARE NOT VESTS! So if you're looking for wrap around vests these aren't designed for that.) I have used other harnesses like this and they usually skimp on latches / catches (usually 2 on 1 side and 1 on other) so you always have to remember the right side to put where and can make things a little awkward to put on an excited dog. These harnesses have latches in all 4 corners of the harness. So if you leave the front latched and only unbuckle the rear, you can slide it on and off over the dog's head like you're putting on foot ball shoulder pads. However, because harness is so compact, if you're not paying attention it's easy to put them upside down. Just remember handle is on top and in back! The other big issue I have with many harnesses is what little material / padding they have is usually free to slip and slide all around the straps. If your dog pulls hard / your trying to train to break pulling, then the padding can slip out of place and you have to halt everything to adjust so bare straps aren't rubbing your dog raw or cutting off circulation. These harnesses have the straps and joints sewn down / anchored so this is not a problem. I do have 1 dog with barrel body and small neck & head. In pull position ahead, the harness works great. If they fall behind you and you have to pull in drag position and attached on top, the harness can then ride up around their legs and neck. My other dog is more streamlined and doesn't have his problem as much. The handle is NOT padded. It's basically just a nylon strap folded on itself and sewn together. However, if you're trying to train your dog not to pull, you shouldn't be attaching anything to the top loop or using handle. You should be attaching to the front loop. Then when they pull the front attached leash will put them off balance and turn them unexpectedly. Most dogs won't like this and stop pulling as hard until they figure out they don't want to pull at all. But if you need to restrain your dog then handle is secure enough to hold them. In the pics, it's presented almost like the vests glow in the dark. They don't. It has stitching of highly reflective white thread. Basically the light has to hit the treading in just the right way for it to reflect back like it's shown. If it doesn't hit the thread just right, it isn't really any more reflective than the vest itself. The only real gripe I have for these harnesses (both of different colors) is that the leash attaching rings on them are rather small. So if you're leash has larger clasps on them they can be a pain to attach or remove with an excited pooch jumping around. But they are also solid metal with cut out holes and not flimsy metal keychain rings than can bend easily like on some harnesses. This is just cautionary note for nylon harnesses to protect your dog from harm. This is NOT stretchy material. You will initially set your harness up when you're dog is calm. You should leave enough space than your hand can slid between NYLON STRAPS and dogs body. However, once you go out and dog is breathing harder, their chest will expand to take in more air. Check your strap set up AFTER your dog is breathing hard to make sure the not stretchy straps still give same amount of spacing to not make it harder for your dog to breath and expel heat!

As soon as I pulled this out of the package it felt and looked super nice and expensive! My dog was instantly excited and it was super easy to put on her and she loves it! I love that this has the two leash clips as well as the handle which is nice and think and feels as though it wouldn’t snap easily. I got a medium size for my 1 1/2 yr old puggle and it fits her perfectly with room to grow. It has multi adjustment points which is super nice for her breed and how she’s built. There’s also clips on each side so it’s easy to put in your dog if you have one that gets a little crazy or can be difficult to put these on, most harnesses I’ve use only had the one side clip. It is reflective and I feel it’s comfortable on my dog, it’s lightweight but heavy duty. Overall, from the price point to all the colors and sizes this is the best bang for your buck! It’s has everything I wanted in a harness and then some. I’ve read reviews about it falling apart sooner than later, although we just got this it seems to be made pretty well and I’m hoping that won’t be a problem but I’ll update if/when it starts too.

Make sure to measure very carefully! My dog’s neck is 18” and girth is 30” so by the chart a size LARGE should be fine with a little leeway. I thought the extra large would be too large because of large neck size (I thought I could adjust the extra large girth to fit but that the neck would swallow her. So, I ordered the Large). The neck is fine, but the girth can’t be what was advertised or my measurements were totally wrong! I’ve made it as large as it can be made and it SUPER SNUG! I can get 1 1/2 fingers under it and it doesn’t cut into her. She’s got shorter hair for the summer AND on a diet to lose a few lbs. so I decided to keep the LARGE. It seemed to stretch out a little after she wore it a few hours. She didn’t seem uncomfortable at all. Now I’m on the hook to make sure she gets to a healthier weight and maintains it before she gets her curly winter coat! The harness is very sturdy and well made. The clasps are secure, large and easily fastened. This design is SOOO… much easier than those step in types. I can just slip it over her head and start snapping everything in place. I got the dark purple and it is a very deep rich color. I also ordered the ID collar that matches the harness and I’m awaiting its arrival. Definitely buy this: but measure well and size up if your numbers are close!

Perfect for my pup, I have used this brand harness since she was a puppy and have repurchased a few times as she has grown. It is simple to put on and durable as she is very active and gets really excited to go outside so she can be a wiggle butt and can be rough on her collars and harness. 45lb Pit/Husky mix. Fits great with some room to grow.

Works terrific for my dog. Well made. Definitely worth the money.

This is a good quality product. It is light in weight and strong.

This harness has been a night and day situation. Our newly adopted rescue dog has stopped pulling 90% of the time now. It was do hard to just take her out to the bathroom before without being dragged across the lawn. It is easy to put on her, seems comfortable due to the padding and love the color and seems to be very good quality. I also purchased the matching leash. Make sure you measure your dog, they may take a medium size collar, but she takes a large harness-- the size chart is helpful. Would recommend to anyone having an issue with pulling.

I bought this harness in teal, and it looks absolutely gorgeous against my dog’s black coat - it really pops. Beyond the colour, it’s clearly well made. The stitching is tidy, the fabric feels strong, and the whole thing gives the impression it’ll hold up well over time. What really impressed me is the front clip. My dog tends to pull on the lead, and this design helps redirect her without causing any discomfort. It’s made our walks much more relaxed, and she seems more settled too. It fits well, adjusts easily, and doesn’t twist or shift around like some others I’ve tried. Overall, it’s comfortable, secure, and looks fantastic - very happy with this purchase.
