I was really worried about the recurring problem in reviews where the mat is folded and “fused” together. However, when I took it out of the box it had a piece of parchment paper folded in it which completely solved that issue. I have a large 18x24 walnut cutting board that I didn’t want to use for kneading dough since I use it for cutting raw meat. This mat fits perfectly on top of it when I want to make bread or pastries. The measurements make it very easy to get the right sizes. When you’re done it cleans very easily and folds nicely for storage. The cookie cutters are very small, but if you’re already an experienced baker you will have what you need in your kitchen already. The mat is the “star” in this package. I’m really very pleased with this mat.

I purchased this pastry mat last fall. I bought it to put in our 5th wheel, as it is much easier to store away than a wooden pastry board. WOW! I love this pastry mat! I am using in it my home now and I intend to purchase a second mat, so I can have one for my home and one for the RV. It sticks to the counter perfectly with no slipping, it stores so easily, and it cleans up fantastically easily too! I highly recommend this Chefast Non-slip Pastry Mat!!!

I love everything about this pastry mat! Most liked is the fact that the mat stays put on my kitchen counter when I'm rolling out dough. The only reason I gave this product a 4 star rating is because when it arrived in the box it was folded back to back. It was stuck so strongly it took me 20 minutes to get it apart and open. Every step of pulling, I thought for sure it was going to snap into 2 pieces. Once I washed it and then rolled it (as recommended on instructions), it has been a dream, plus I put a piece of parchment paper against the back before rolling. Only had it for about a month, but so far...love it. Wish you would find another way to ship this.

Got these to make pastelitos for Xmas and its great. It does exactly like it claims in the ad. It stays put while you roll the dough and makes for easy clean up. Great buy, I recommend highly.

It's easy to clean , stays in place when in use and easy to put up until next time use . ( I place my on my Fridge door to freezer department) like as a magnet decor

I love this thing! After decades of chasing rolling mats all over the counter, it’s a genuine relief to have one that actually stays put. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to like.

I really can't comment on how I like it or if it is easy to clean and such as I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. I can only say that I became interested in the mat because I watch a lot of baking programs and silicone are what the baker's use.

The first thing I liked about this mat is, it lays flat on the counter. It is very easy to clean, just wash and let it dry. Good purchase.
