I love this camera mainly because in low light it still has great quality, I used it a lot to take photos and record videos and it continues to be very good.

Overall, this is a great deal. The camera I received appears to be brand new. It came in the original box and not a single scratch or mark on it. Everything seems to work perfectly so far. The battery (also genuine Canon) was not charged, but I don’t know if any of them ever are when shipping.Be aware that this camera is configured for “international”, not “US”. So, the video shooting mode defaults to PAL only (no NTSC). It doesn’t offer the NTSC frame rates of 30 or 60 FPS; only offers 25 and 50 FPS. You will need to go into the Tools menu (the one with a wrench icon) and change the video recording mode from PAL to NTSC. Then, you’ll have options for 24, 30, and 60 FPS.

Bought this thing twice!
So many great features...I have several pro-level cameras, but I spend a lot of time in kayaks and hiking and the sort, and I needed something that would make nice images but allow me to carry it around. After dropping my first one in the Rio Grande River, I didn't hesitate to buy another to replace it.

Worst experience that I have ever had after the sale. The renewed camera I bought for $600.30 lasted lasted a couple months. The seller had me return it and never gave me a refund. Horrible service, they will keep your money and your camera if they can. BUYER BEWARE

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
DO NOT BUY BEFORE READING THIS!! This comes as the international model even though it says that no where in the description. The charger is a European charging cable so you have to buy a converter and take it everywhere you go if you want to be able to use the camera. It is not as listed and improperly represented. Overall very disappointed in the product and the company for not saying it was the international model. The camera is fine and I can live with it and so is the battery, but the charger as stated above is not as represented and is a European charger.
