Does the job
Park always makes awesome tools. This one works exactly as advertised and is essential to tightening the chain ring nuts on my single speed mountain bike. I love it.

Right tool for the job
Like most Park Tools, this does the job well when only the right tool will do the job.

Good Park tool
Not much to say, it is a good Park tool but I had to use it very carefully to get the chainring bolts off I was struggling with. They were really tight.

the best
Park tools are always the best for bikes, of course, and this wrench is no exception.

Simple, Effective, and Built to Last
The Park Tool CNW-2 Chainring Nut Wrench is exactly what you'd expect from Park Tool—reliable, well-built, and easy to use. It makes installing or removing chainring nuts so much easier by holding them securely in place while you tighten or loosen the bolt.

Functional, but Flimsy
Why I bought this tool: I originally made my own tool to remove the chain ring nuts. But the factory built crank was assembled with thread locker; The bolts were stubbornly tight and so my DiY tool kept slipping. So blaming my DiY Tool, I ordered the Park Nut Wrench. But it also slipped in the shallow slots on the chain ring nuts. As a last resort before drilling them out, I used a propane torch and heated all the nuts. That soften the threadlocker and I was able to remove them. Tool Impressions: I have several Park bike tools. This wrench does not provide the same quality experience I expect. The wrench is a thin stamped metal part that easily bends. Although it was able to get the nuts loose, I don't believe this tool will last a long time. Some casual remarks: BTW, I replaced all the chain ring old nuts. The new nuts have deeper slots which has eliminated the wrench slippage. Even my DiY tool works well on them.

Works really well, solid construction, used on a derailleur bolt, allowed to tighten properly - would recommend.

Not much to say about this. High quality tool as you can expect from Park Tools. American made. I think I over payed a wee bit for this but whatever. Couple bucks won’t hurt. It arrived fast and should last a lifetime.
