Good product but appeared open on delivery

I had a very unpleasant experience with this product. Shortly after using it, I developed an allergic reaction. In the initial stage, my skin became extremely itchy, and small red spots appeared. I suffered from these symptoms for about a month before fully recovering. I am highly disappointed with the product’s quality and would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly.

I am SHOOK. I just turned 34 and time suddenly blessed me with crepey skin. The elasticity just seemed to disappear over night and I freaked out and did a deep dive on how to fix it. Retinol seemed to be the only answer and this is the first affordable one for the body that popped up. I've used this every night on my body and neck for less than a month now and my skin is plump again! My boyfriend in the first week of using this told me how soft I felt and said he really liked my new perfume (which was just the scent of the lotion) Just try it. I put mine on towel dried skin right offer the shower.

I have rough, dry, thin skin. After I started using this, within a week my rough elbows and knees became smooth. The lotion is easy to apply because it is not too thick. Smells great making it fun to use everyday (but personally I would prefer a fresher herbal or green fragrance more. Maybe making different scents available would be great). Will keep repurchasing.

My skin on my arms and legs were so dry they were looking like the desert in August. I have tried more creams than I can count. Wasted money over and over on every name brand cream out there. Vaseline would have worked better. This cream works all over. Hubby likes it as well. He likes the clean scent. I prefer unscented but this is fine. I ordered 2 more. 👍

I was looking for a great smelling body lotion and was surprised to come across this product. It's set at a great price considering the size. I was o erjoyed to find a body lotion with retinol in it. The smell is great and it's not to thick so it spreads very easily. It gives a nice soft ess. You just can't beat this great value for your money, being a retinol product and all.
