does it goo up sewing machine needle?

No I really like this product because it does not gum up the needle when sewing. . I use it when I want to make sure I don’t have any movement. It just takes a very small dab and let it try a few minutes before you sew.

Does the tip get clogged for this two way bottle applicator for Roxanne's Glue like my needle nose tip did?

I haven't had that problem. I keep a straight pin with a large enough head so that I can easily get it out in it so that is won't clog when I am not using it. If you are using it to bind a quilt you will like it.
