I’ve Been Crowned
I feel like a pampered princess when I have my double espresso every morning, but grinding the beans was a messy drudgery with the blade grinder I own. I finally broke down and researched espresso bean grinders and now I have been crowned QUEEN! I was so excited to receive my new AMZCHEF bean grinder! Or maybe should I start with: My much anticipated Amazon delivery arrived and out of the cloud of dust appeared a breathtaking vision that has forever changed my mornings! The first thing I noticed was how sturdy he appeared. And how handsomely shiny! “Has my knight in shining armor come to rescue my mornings?”, I thought. But I’ve had sturdy and handsome promises in my life before. The proof is in PERFORMANCE! Once out of the box, he was finely built. When I plugged him in he was ready! Wow- very eager to learn! He has multiple settings but was very intuitive. All I needed to do was offer up my beans. I see that he has a large capacity bean holder which should ensure repeat performances. Hoping not to overwhelm, I only fill the hopper half full (don’t want to scare him first time around!) Then I notice the manscaping (precision burr grinder)! I’m even more excited to get grinding! This burr bean grinder has to be so much better than the messy old blade one I used before! I’m breathless, my espresso maker already preheating. With a couple of light touches of my finger he begins grinding with a precision that is perfection! I was surprised to find he’s the quiet type. I can fine tune settings for longer or shorter grinding times to experiment, but there’s no time for that now! His “spout” is grinding beans directly into my portafilter! The brewing time was spot on! The grind combined with the pressure built up in my machine made the most delicious double shot with extra thick foam! When I was done with him, I sighed, looked at him longingly and bid him goodbye until the morrow. Unlike other bean grinders, my knight left no mess! He quietly left me satisfied with my grind. I can change him if I want. He is always flexible! He will grind more or less- it’s always my choice! The grind can be “refined” (fine) or coarse when I need it more “rough”. As for durability, time will tell. It’s pretty obvious I am enjoying the use of my AMZCHEF grinder! I hope we share many mornings together grinding away…. It’s good to be the QUEEN!

Great Value Coffee Grinder for Espresso & Pour Over
I’ve been genuinely impressed with this coffee grinder. The 48 grind settings make it easy to dial in the perfect grind, whether I’m making espresso, pour over, or French press. The touchscreen is simple to use, and the timer feature helps keep every dose consistent. The burr grinder produces a uniform grind, which noticeably improves the flavor of the coffee. It’s also quieter than I expected and feels solid and well-built for the price.

Excellent grinder for everyday coffee and espresso
I’ve been using this AMZCHEF coffee grinder daily, and it has exceeded my expectations. The 48 grind settings give you incredible control, whether you’re making espresso, drip coffee, pour-over, or French press. The grind consistency is excellent, and it really improves the flavor of freshly brewed coffee. One of my favorite features is how quiet it is compared to other grinders I’ve owned. The anti-static design also makes a big difference—there’s very little mess, even when grinding fine for espresso. The LED touch panel is clear and easy to use, making adjustments quick and intuitive. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the sleek silver design looks great on the counter. It’s also easy to clean and simple to maintain, which is important for daily use. Overall, this is a reliable, well-designed grinder that delivers consistent results with minimal effort. A great choice for home baristas who want quality, versatility, and a clean grinding experience. Highly recommended!

I’ve been very happy with this grinder. It looks premium, is easy to use, and the touchscreen is responsive. The 48 grind settings make it easy to dial in the perfect grind for espresso as well as drip coffee. The grind consistency is impressive for the price, and the anti-static feature really helps reduce mess. It’s also much quieter than I expected. Overall, this is an excellent value and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality burr grinder without spending hundreds of dollars.

High quality grinder with poor user interface (but useable)
I’ve been using this grinder for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance for the price. Many grinders in this range struggle with retention, clogging, and inconsistent grind size, but this one performs surprisingly well. What I like: * Very low grind retention compared to competitors * Consistent, precise, and even grinds * Attractive design that looks great on the counter * Good capacity for daily home use * Versatile enough for espresso and drip coffee * Surprisingly quiet operation * Easy to clean Overall, the grind quality and noise level exceeded my expectations for a budget grinder. Main downside: The user interface. My biggest complaint is the control interface. The hardware is excellent, but the UI needs refinement. Some interactions feel unintuitive and make daily use more cumbersome than it should be. If the UI and workflow were improved, this could easily be one of the best budget grinders on the market. The core grinding performance is already there. Clear and consistent cup/time mode controls: In cup mode, after a short pause the +/- buttons appear but switch the grinder back to time mode instead of adjusting cups. The cup button is then used to change cups, which mixes mode switching and value adjustment and makes the interface feel inconsistent and confusing. The fix: The cup button should toggle directly between cup mode and time mode, and the +/- buttons should always adjust the active mode’s value (cups in cup mode, time in time mode). Persistent mode visibility: Mode icons disappear after a selection is made, which hides available options and forces the user to remember how to get back to other modes, reducing discoverability and making mode switching confusing. The fix: Keep all primary mode buttons (cup/time toggle, 1‑shot, 2‑shot, and grind) visible at all times so switching modes is simple and discoverable. Memory of last settings: The grinder always resets to 20 seconds / 2 cups. The fix: Remember the last used settings so I can simply press grind without reconfiguring every time. Adjustable time per cup: There is no way to adjust grind time per cup. The fix: Allow users to customize grind time per cup to dial in strength and dose. Cup increment granularity: Cup adjustments increase by 2, limiting precision and feeling arbitrary. The fix: Allow cup adjustments in increments of 1. Espresso preset memory: Single and double shot modes exist, but they always revert to default times instead of saving my customized settings. The fix: Each espresso preset should remember the last time set for it. Millisecond granularity and efficient adjustment: Fine time control is limited to espresso mode, and changing large time ranges is cumbersome without clear long‑press / short‑press behavior. The fix: Make millisecond‑level time control available in regular time mode. A short press of +/- should adjust time by 1 millisecond, and a long press should adjust time by 1 second.

Premium Quality Grinder That Exceeded My Expectations
Now this is quality and luxury. This grinder is built incredibly well, and you can tell the difference as soon as you use it. I don't even need to use the little air blower because there's very little retention or mess. Even the most difficult, oily beans grind perfectly every time. The grind consistency is excellent, it's quiet, easy to use, and the touchscreen is a nice touch. If you're looking to step up your coffee game without spending a fortune, this grinder is an outstanding value. I couldn't be happier with it.

Great grinder with so many grind size options
This is a great coffe bean grinder. It is consistent and so many grinder size options. I use it daily with no issues. My son also uses and loves it. We can switch between the kurieg or cold brew size or even make espresso. It works great and I am so glad I can buy beans and grind as I need them so they stay fresh.

I feel like I have a new espresso machine too!
TLDR: I can finally use my naked portafilter! Out of the box, this grinder is easy to assemble and very compact compared to other larger machines. It’s very quiet compared to my old one. I like the digital grind time settings and it is programmable. Does about 1g/per second. Began dialing in on lowest settings and my Breville Barista Express choked out lol. Pulled out my naked portafilter basket and was able to dial in about 10 minutes. The favor notes of my espresso are finally able to sing 😭. Anti static mechanism does work, I didn’t deal with any mess. I have not tried for pour over, French press yet. I will update as we progress.

Great grinder with consistent results and plenty of grind options
I bought this AMZCHEF grinder to replace a basic blade grinder, and the difference has been huge. The 48 grind settings make it easy to dial in the right grind whether I’m using an espresso machine, moka pot or French press. It took me a couple of tries to find the perfect setting for my espresso, but once I did, the grind was very consistent. I also like the detachable portafilter holder, which lets me grind directly into the basket with very little mess. The LED display is simple to use, and adjusting the grind time is straightforward. The conical burrs seem to produce a much more even grind than my old grinder, and I’ve definitely noticed better flavour and extraction from my coffee. It’s also quieter than I expected, although it’s not completely silent. Cleaning is fairly easy since the upper burr comes out without much effort. My only minor complaint is that a small amount of coffee grounds can cling to the chute due to static, but a quick tap solves the problem. Overall, for the price, this grinder offers excellent value and features that you’d normally expect on more expensive models. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to step up their home coffee setup.
