Bag doesn't seal properly.
The product is fine but the zip lock bag is defective. This is my second bag purchased and I followed the opening directions carefully. Ended up with the same result both times, no way to create an air tight seal. Turns out one side of the zip lock isn't attached to the bag, so while it will zip lock shut the bag remains open, so no air tight seal if that makes sense. I just have to transfer it to another sealed container to maintain freshness.
