015far-quart Canine Red Cell

Our dog suffered from severe allergies and dermatis to the point of he was losing his fur. We tried everything over the counter and prescription. The vet had us try apoquel which worked a bit but at the dose he needed would have cost almost $400/mo. The vet even tried steroids which also worked but we didn't want to do long term due to side effects. A family member who was a breeder recommended this to boost his immune system. We weren't getting our hopes up but figured we tried everything else and it was made for sporting, heavy working dogs. It has done better than we could have ever hoped. Not only has his fur stopped falling out and dry skin gotten so much better but the fur has grown completely back. He still has some of the dark spots but they are small and fewer. I would recommend trying this to anyone. He still has allergies but they are more manageable and it was a cost effective alternative to prescripts with side effects. Our dog doesn't like the taste but a little beef broth fixed that.

This product is great and really helps boost red blood cells if an animal must have surgery! Excellent

I found out that my 10 year old dog (at the time) was suffering from extremely low red blood cells and severe anemia when I brought him to the vet for a routine visit. In the 10 months following, I spent approximate $10,000 at the vet running test after test after test, all inconclusive. The vet put him on steroids and that helped initially but stopped very soon after. The vet continued to up his dosage and everything got worse. Eventually this got so bad that he had to be rushed to the emergency vet for a blood transfusion that absolutely saved his life. After this awful event, I decided to see a new vet and also purchase this item that I had been considering buying for almost the whole 10 months. His new vet took him off the steroids as they were clearly either ineffective or doing him harm and then the ONLY thing that has changed in his regime has been him receiving a healthy pour of the canine red cell in his food twice a day. This was almost 2 years ago and Eli has just celebrated his 12th birthday. He is more lively and more active than he has been in so many years. His coat is absolutely beautiful and full, he recovers from injuries so fast. This product saved my dogs life and I think if your situation sounds like mine at all, you should give it a try. My dog doesn't much like the taste of it but if I mix it with some wet food or peanut butter, he eats it no problem.
