It's safe for most animals, but not cats causes death. No bad experience here
It smells a little like kerosene, but it does the job after three days.Treating individual spots of my house. For German cockroaches, I've noticed that they have moved away from the rooms where I'd seen them most into the rooms. I hadn't treated yet now. I've got one room left to treat, and they seem to be almost gone called my mother in law and said it's almost as if they moved out l o l by the pump sprayer at harbor freight for 9 bucks and let her rip, we used six ounces per gallon of water

Drops miserable bed bugs
All the hype about " pyrethroid resistant" bed bugs is mainly just noise, unless you overuse this stuff. This permethrin drops bed bugs fast.. just like the title states. Fact is, even dish detergent soaks through a bed bug's exoskeleton and kills it within a few seconds, so wasting a lot of money on very expensive chemicals really isn't necessary. Yes, permethrin has an odor similar to other petroleum products, but it gets the job done, and is a wide spectrum pesticide that kills basically any insect that is crawling. Save your money and go with this stuff. Edit: About 3 months ago.. we brought in a rescued kitten, and apparently the kitten brought with her a hoard of fleas. Along with cars comes the very common flea problem! Since I already had this permethrin concentrate sitting around... I gave it a try, and this is my conclusion from the results: After spraying the permethrin, I realized that whenever it is wet.. it's effective, but once it dries, it has next to no residual power... Only direct knockdown power. I found that once I treated my blanket with a stronger ratio, the fleas left us alone for the night, and if they were to crawl in the blanket .. they'd die from the permethrin piercing into their exoskeleton. You really should use a residual concentrate called Conquer mixed with an insect growth regulator if you want to defeat a flea colony, but this permethrin is a great repellent. Pest control is a learning experience, and I invented my own truck to make this permethrin residual as hell. Take some vegetable oil in a glass bowel (permethrin washes from glass very easily) and mix in a strong ratio of permethrin. Apply that oil/permethrin mixture to a paper towel and spread it along your borders of your home. Now that the secret is out... You have a residual permethrin insecticide! That's the only difference in residual VS non residual sprays (the oil) companies simply add in a light oil that's usually too light to hold the chemical in place for the advertised time. I sincerely hope this helps anyone out there that is actively fighting the battle against these parasites! This is hands down ๐ the best permethrin that I've ever purchased and tends to last long.

Works but beware of smell
This insecticide is super easy to mix, the instructions come right on the bottle. Permethrin itself is considered to be very safe based on my research, however, I do advise to use this outdoors and not indoors. It smells very strongly of furniture varnish/gasoline. I would not use it indoors. I sprayed the perimeter of my home and yard last year and it seemed to work very well. You definitely get a lot with the concentrate. All you need is a spray applicator and water, and you're all set.

Carpenter Bees No More!
Only thing I've found effective for carpenter bees. REALLY effective! Just spray once or twice per season. 1 bottle should last 1 to 2 years.

Very happy with this brand
This isn't the brand I normally use but decided to try it and am really happy with it. I use it on my dog . She's had trouble with mites lately and this works better than other types of treatments. Has a really strong chemical smell but all Permethrin does so don't be alarmed. BE SURE to read the instructions on diluting it. DONT USE FULL STRENGTH.... I'll buy again next time Im in need.

Not for Clothing
I thought I would save some money and dilute this down and use it on my clothing even though there is no indication for that on the product webpage. This product is petroleum based and has an overpowering odor of kerosene. I made my dilute solution, but thank goodness that I came to my senses before using it on my clothes. In addition to the odor, it probably would have ruined my synthetic clothes due to the petroleum solvent. I ordered some ready to apply Green Armor Permethrin to use on my clothes which had an exponentially reduced odor as compared to this.

Got rid of bees
Great for bee removal. Bees kept coming back and building new hive. As soon as Africanized became agressive so had to get rid of them. Works great without risk of chemical contamination.
