Excellent product. Very effective easily applies non-greasy no perfume recommended to all. I feel relaxed and sleep better?

This stuff works the charlie horse right out of my calf muscles. It also helps me sleep when I spray my feet with it before crawling into bed. The smell is nice and not overwhelming.

Sometimes if I am having foot discomfort while lying down, I spray this on the bottom of my feet, seems to give me relief. Helps me with falling asleep.

I had to repurchase it, it’s that good. Helps me achieve a fantastic sleep. I like to spray it in my legs and arms, does sting, but that just means it’s working. The more you use it the less it stings with time. Just don’t spray it on cuts and scratches, found that out the hard way. Definitely do recommend. Buy it, buy it, buy it. Its part of my night time ritual.

No side effects. You spray it on and fall asleep. It's not immediate but there is also not a noticeable moment it kicks in, like you get with a sleep aid. You just slowly relaxingly fall asleep. You wake up feeling like you slept all night.

I give five or six sprays on each foot and give myself a mini foot massage so that it absorbs well a few minutes before bed. What can I say, wow! I suffer from the lack of sleep due to many factors. I've been using other products in this range for around a month now and they help my pain from RA and the muscle cramps I get from a dvt I've had since the beginning of the year. But, I still wasn't sleeping great, so I thought I would try the sleep spray. As I'll do anything to get a good night's sleep.
