Chongqing Fuling Zhacai Preserved Mustard Si Chuan Zha Cai (Pack of 10) (Spicy 2.82 oz, 10 Packs)

This is for the 'spicy' version. Strips of zhacai with red oil. One packet makes 2 servings for me. Very hot and spicy and has a good, crisp texture.

Very good quality . We have a hard time finding this .

I put half a pack in a risotto with sausage, garlic, celery, onion and scallion.. Spectacular results, not overly spicy. Delicious and unique flavor.

I’ve never used Zia Cai before but this package arrived in excellent condition and I used the Zha Cai last night in a recipe and it was great!

Just used them added to my ramen I like more of a dry type so the last 15 sec. added them to the noodles to warm them where very good crunch still taste was very good will use them and keep buying good deal 10 pack each one perfect for 1 serving .Wish they would put on A set and save would buy them monthly

Very tasty pickled vegetables for toppings on Asian noodles and in soups. Crisp and piquant. I buy these all the time.
