What is the first thing I should do after receiving a SOFITEN gel ball blaster?

Before first use, please ensure that the battery is fully charged for 5 hours, if you find that the battery is not charging, it is recommended that you try to replace the charging plug to ensure a full charge.

What should I do if a SOFITEN gel ball blaster has a jam?

The jamming may be caused by incomplete expansion of water bullets. Please soak the gel ball in clean water for 4 - 6 hours, fully submerged, until they expand over 7mm, and don't reuse the leftover water. Be careful not to load too many gel balls.

Why does a toy gun not work even after it's fully charged?

May not have turned on the power switch, or did not press the pre-bow button first, please make sure to turn on the power switch and then press and hold the pre-bow button for 3-5 seconds, then press the launch button to use the toy gun.

What can I do if a toy gun that worked properly before won't fire when I use it again?

When the gun is left unused, be sure to recharge it before the next use. At the same time, clean up the last residual gel balls left in the magazines or tubes that have been placed in a dry environment for more than 6 hours before using the toy gun.

What should I look for after using a toy gun?

After using the toy gun, please empty the gel balls in the magazine to prevent the water bullets that have been placed in a dry environment for more than 6 hours from shrinking and clogging the magazine, and please turn off the power button in time.
