I switched to this from regular creatine alone and I feel the difference. Overall results: power in the gym, recovery and pumps. Also, it speeds up the recovery I think, because my muscles feel fuller more quickly and I do think it does effect myostatin as I added this awhile ago and people say I look more muscular. It's not steroids, but I think this is legitimate muscle building supplement. DYOR... When I researched this. The effect of creatine, peptistrong around a workout has an effect on myostatin that I can see and feel. I think if used correctly, gains are boosted enough to make it worth it.

The taste is bad, but it has pepsitrong which is great. You can mix with smoothies and taste better

Works well, does its job but it tastes so bad I can’t make myself take it consistently. I did have noticeable size come on but even trying it with over sweet preworkouts or BCAAs it just makes them taste bad I had to take it like a shot. But if that’s not an issue for you and you want the results then I recommend it

Tastes like crap BUT works AMAZING! And I’ll add in 1.5 months of use (with proper protein supplementation) I’ve gained 50% strength increase in bicep strength and nearly 1 inch in size. Muscle memory has some play in this BUT never have I swept these gains so painlessly and quickly. Fantastic but disgusting product. YUM!

I love this creatine powder. The product itself gets a full 5 stars. However, this item was sent via fedex with an "adult signature required." I'm still waiting to be able to get this product, as fedex will not leave it at the door. Huge inconvenience on my end, I live in a rural town and how I have to go out of the way to pick this up.

I use creatine on a daily basis and I was interested to see this mix that includes peptides. To be completely honest I wasn't able to find a lot of information about what specifically the peptides do but I didn't notice any difference from my regular creatine regimen. The powder itself is a little more yellow and I think has a slightly different flavor with the fava bean protein but not really enough to notice especially since I usually have it in a protein shake or in water with flavored electrolytes. This does come in a bag. I personally prefer the plastic tubs but since that is a choice made when buying I don't count it as a negative. The powder does mix easily in water. Tastes disgusting, doesn't mix in very well, likes to clump but my God the effects are noticeable. So it's not the easiest to use but there's a few tricks you can look up to blend it better. Also it smells horrible. Been doing my weights since March, increasing reps and then increasing weight on lower reps until I can increase the reps again, over and over. Sticking to routines and such but yeah arms got bigger but like hardly noticeable. Used this stuff for like 2 weeks and now all the hard work from March can actually be seen. Doesn't agree with my stomach so I can't use it twice a day (which it says you're allowed to do) all the time but if I've got some Pesto I'll do it. Other than the occasional upset stomach I've not really had any negative side effects from it and it's easily the most effective product I've ever used.

Great product. All the benefits you expect from creatine pls I felt I recovered significantly better, probably due to the PeptiStrong (the + Peptide bit). This has become a staple in my supplement regime now…I usually put it in my PWO protein shake. But I’ve added to EAAs and to high protein yoghurts too. All my lifts are going up, so I’m very happy!

Really like all Applied Nutrition supplements but this one was disappointing. Powder does not mix very well and does not taste pleasant, tried mixing with flavoured electrolytes but did not help

It's good product. I am still drinking it.
