Bring back childhood memories. Used to have these when I was in Ireland. They taste a little different now, but still fantastic. The spongey, gingery, spicy flavour with marshmallow like filling and sugary edge are delicious.

Happy Memories
In the seventies these were not available in England and my Irish friends, after a trip back home to Ireland, would bring these biscuits back for us all to enjoy. They are just as delicious now as they were then, but very easy to buy now online.

My second favourite biscuits after Chocolate Kimberley!
I was delighted with my purchase which arrived in good time. I did, however, think they were a little on the pricey side. I usually buy mine in Ireland, but was pleased to find them on line even though they were more expensive!

Says vegetarian they are not!
Bought these as it states they are vegetarian, yet when I received them it states pork gelatine! So NOT vegetarian.

Enjoyable biscuits
I did love these biscuits but I was disappointed that they were not like the original ones. The original Irish Kimberley biscuits had a more richer ginger sponge but the Bolands are lighter in colour and flavour. Saying this they were enjoyable but I would not rush to buy them again unless they were more of the original tasting variety. The delivery of these were very good. I would recommend to a friend but would warn them of the difference in taste from the original Kimberley biscuits that can be bought in Ireland and Bolands but a good alternative.
