Well, i must congratulate the Trexgenics company and its research team, for creating such a thoughtful product. In an era of stress, anxiety, and depression, a product like this, can help many. As far as i could study, Tranquilax works on your serotonin hormone, which is essential for your relaxation. This product has adaptogens, which are the natural ingredients, that have the ability to balance any excesses and deficiencies, to give ideal hormonal release in the system. Though, I did not have any particular stress related problem, but after having taking one capsule once daily, i could feel the relaxation in my system, and felt more mentally composed during the daily life. I did try this product on an patient with Obsessive-compulsive disorder and got successful results As far as i could observe, this product has the ability to better people even with Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorders etc., not to speak of benefits to general people. Do try and study the adaptogen Rhodiola Rosea, if looking for an answer for its effect on the mind, brain, and related hormonal issues. Its a must buy product for anyone in a busy city life. I like this over other products. I think it does give me more sound sleep. I am an extremely light sleeper and get up frequently due to my husband getting up repeatedly during the course of the night, resulting in an extremely disturbed sleep. This appears to help it. Just been taking it for a few days. Will post again.

Everybody’s body chemistry is different. I didn’t notice any difference after taking it. However, it’s a good source of B complex vitamins in bioavailabile form. I take their multivitamin too and it’s great. Also, Trexgenyneed to remove fillers and binders like Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide from their capsules. It’s NOT good in the long run. I’m ready to pay extra for that.

Worked well for me. Much more balanced than other products like this neither too stimulating nor too relaxing. Initally the effects are subtle but they do catch up with you. 100% would buy again.

Although I did feel acute improvement in my cognition but I get migraine often due to stress. So if you are someone who get Migraines similarly you might want to think about buying such product. It now lies pretty useless in my drawer.
