This one is truth in advertising! At least, it works for me.
Solaray Mega Stress B has been my go-to B Complex for a LOT of years (we're talking decades, here!) This particular brand is very consistent in quality, ands helps me maintain an "I GOT this!" sense well being whether it's high stress time or just a long day. My less than healthy cravings for quick energy don't get to me (and my moods don't bounce around either) like they can when I am not taking the product. The best part for me is that I just start to notice that my overall energy is good and so is my mood. I feel supported in a healthy and natural way. Highly recommended, especially if you've been feeling a little tired and/or slow lately🤗. I've never had a problem w/toxicity but you may want to check with your health care advisor. Excellent B Vitamin in Two Stage Form
Hard to find, two stage time release form. Been using this product for a while. You definitely want a two stage time release form when taking Vitamin B.

I like this formula because it has all the B vitamins, and because B vitamins are water soluble, the body doesn’t store them for long. For that reason, I appreciate the time released factor.
