Definitely well worth buying. Easy to use and the directions are easy and tells you exactly where to put the tabs. The two cards help to place the tabs exactly where they need to be. There are a-z tabs for the index then there are tabs for tabs for diagnosis. It definitely helps to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
