Fast responce and quickly problem solved
My gear stoped working and i contact Amazon for that, I got fast response from Amazon and seller called me and explained how to solve the problem. Now gear is working fine

Waste of money..damaged product and too costly
Received damaged product.. it does not work at all. Total waste of money. Pls don't buy it.. no customer service..

Happy to get it. The quality and price is uptomark and always to be the customer of SpeechGears. I would suggest other if they are planning to get this

Find alternatives that sell batteries separately
Product is good. But, they don't sell batteries seperately. I tried other AAAA batteries but those don't work. Had to purchase the v pen again because of this. This is not a fair trade practice .
