Healthy drink of magnesium/calcium
I heat up a small amount of water then add a tsp of powder. Just stir and let it fizz. I like adding more water and ice the flavor I chose was orange and it is like an ice cold orange drink that has 500 mg of vit C. Msg/ calcium. Very healthy

Only buy the berry flavor
I love the product. I’ve been using it for a good while. I’ve always bought the berry flavor, but I just decided to try the juicy citrus for a change. Nope. The juicy citrus flavor is grooosssss. I recommend the product, but not the juicy citrus flavor. I will stick with the berry.

We LOVE this stuff & works wonders!
LOVE this product.......BUT still waiting for over a week + to get a jar delivered, as it was supposed to be delivered last week & NO UPDATES on tracking or nothing, So yes we are not happy about this & need this product now bc we have been out now for several days & definitely can feel the effects of not using it at night before bed! Ok sorry it came this afternoon after I wrote the review, Thank you! So happy it came & this stuff works wonders!

Feeling Great!
5th time buying this product and will continue too. I’m so happy I came across this! I use to have difficulty with my stomach, I would get constipated and bloating I just wouldn’t feel good. This has helped sooo much i feel so much better and have more energy too it just makes me feel good! ( I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago). My mom and sister started using it too and loved it!
