I have been looking for this product for a long time, and it was right in front of me. Not that I knew it was Keto Chow specifically that I was looking for, but I know now, for sure. As others have said, you have to make it right to avoid texture issues. The mediocre reviews are what kept me from trying it before, and I'm so glad I decided to give it a shot. Creamy, tasty and oh-so-filling. I have been struggling with cravings for more than a week now (I've been full-on keto for about 18 months) and at this moment, about 30 minutes after finishing my first chocolate keto chow shake, I am satiated, with no little itches in my brain demanding to be scratched. If you've been here, you'll know exactly what I mean by that. If you've been on the fence about Keto Chow, pick your favorite flavor and go for it. Make it the night before you want to consume it, refrigerate it over night, and enjoy.

Not the greatest but not the worst.
Taste is ok. Not worth the price but it’s okay. I can’t get over the clumpy lumps though. I’ve tried hot, warm, cold. Blender, mixer, shaker. It always has the clumps. It’s so unpleasant. I’ve also tried multiple flavors, the flavors are okay at best. So it’s not great but also not the worst.

I was disappointed at the taste. Kind of salty I thought. It was filling, but pricey. I’ll finish my other two packs but I don’t think I’ll buy more. It could be just my taste. Shipped fast. Calorie and carbs were good.

I wanted to love this but did not. Now it has good nutrition but tastes like any other protein shake. Love the commercials though.
