I got this as a secret santa gift from a friend after mentioning how much I liked the Last Call patch to her. I'm starting to love these patches! In particular, I like the fact that they are a timed release and I can take them on and off as I please. With the Boost patch, I've recently started wearing it when I need to focus on a project. As someone with ADHD, holistic, energy-boosting products have always worked similarly to ADHD medications since they have a lot of the same active ingredients in them. And it's nice that I can take them off when I'm done with what I'm working on and not suffer the side effects I get from ADHD medications. I also like the fact that, unlike energy drinks, this has a long-haul effect rather than a quick turbo boost. The patches will give me energy, but I won't end up hyperactive because of them and I won't tire out since the effect lasts as long as I have the patch on. They are excellent for road trips, biking, and hiking as there is no weight and bulkiness, and you don’t need to refrigerate them.

Not quality!

I would say this provides a steady increase in energy in a gentle way that doesn't cause you to crash. It's not going to feel like a rush of energy, but it might help take the edge off those all nighters you shouldn't still be pulling at your age! ADHD kids, beware. You probably won't even notice this haha my boyfriend was like "I don't think it worked very well.." but he did stay awake all day that day instead of falling asleep so... it might work better than he thought, lol. I wouldn't say this is going to replace your daily caffeine fix, but it's definitely a more smooth ride than the caffeine/ sugar crash. So, maybe that's better. Less energy possibly but also no crash to deal with midday. I also have ADHD, and caffeine/ sugar don't give me any uplifting effects, so it's a bit hard to compare that for me, so I'm sort of guessing. But the fact that I noticed a difference, I think, is a big deal, since I am difficult to stimulate because of my really bad ADHD.

I've used this product for 4 months & it is working. Gives me just "enough" of an energy boost without making me jittery! Great product.
