I tried a brand of creatine pills no results, I bought this Top Quality Creatine Powder and about a month ago my wife has said my fat around my stomach has noticeably gone down, I can feel the difference, my energy, my muscle growth she even noticed in my hamstrings, she alwyas made fun of my skinny legs but she noticed. WOW buy quality powder it is worth the extra I really like this product I use the scoop they give you one scoop a day and every other day I do 2 scoops. I had hip replacement March 28 and now no cane the soreness is finally going away. I am ready to reorder.

Only reason I purchased it is because of Bryan Johnson’s reputation. Like others said, the bag itself can have a better sealant, though the creatine itself is quality. It doesn’t taste like anything, so it’s versatile in whatever drink one would like. I personally mix it in my morning smoothie’s or a glass of raw milk, when traveling I just mix it with water. Remember to mix it well though since it can settle pretty quickly. I keep mine in a separate container instead of the bag.

I’ve been following Bryan Johnson for a while now. I love his mission and that he’s fully transparent with everything. The product works great. My energy levels are up and I feel like it has no negative effects on my body and digestive system. The only negative thing I have to say is the zip sealer on the bag broke. It detached from the bag so now I can’t seal it shit to prevent moisture. I keep the bag in a dry and cool place, so it’s definitely not heat damage messing with the adhesive. Main problem is the item is non-returnable so I’m kind of just stuck with it :/ Great product, bad packaging quality.
