Excellent Performance with Elegant Design! I’ve been using the KUHL Arctis A8 BLDC ceiling fan for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The build quality feels premium, and the espresso finish adds a modern, stylish touch to the room. It fits perfectly in my living area and enhances the overall aesthetic. and the fan runs almost silently, which is a huge plus for light sleepers like me. The remote control is very handy, offering multiple speed settings and timer options — perfect for customizing comfort without getting up. I also love the LED indicators, which add a nice modern touch and help track settings easily in the dark. The 5-year warranty on the motor gives me confidence in the durability of the product. I am writing this review after using the fan for about one and a half months, and I genuinely regret purchasing it. Please do not buy this fan if you are expecting a smooth experience or a low-noise product. I purchased this fan for my study room based on the company’s low noise claim. The product was delivered on 17th July, but surprisingly, the customer support team called for installation on 15th July — even before delivery! When I informed them that I hadn’t received the product yet, they cancelled the installation request. After that, I had to follow up multiple times over nearly 1.5 months, and the fan finally got installed at the end of August. To my shock, the technician informed me that installation was now chargeable due to a company policy change after 2nd August. I explained that the delay wasn’t from my side but due to their poor coordination, yet no one took responsibility. I had actually planned to buy another fan for my drawing room (with a higher budget of around ₹10,000), but after this experience, I decided to no go with Kuhl's again. As for the product itself, it is very noisy for a study room. I can only use it on speed 1 or 2; anything higher and the noise becomes unbearable. I am attaching videos and pictures for reference. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience — both in terms of product quality and customer service. I feel stuck with a fan that I cannot even use comfortably and will now have to buy another one for my study space.

great. durability is great. control is very good. appearance is very richly beautiful. good price. airflow reaches to whole 100x110 sq ft well. no hot winds. but the hired installer is very careless. spinning is little bit shaky. of course if the installer is good then it couldn't be shaky.
