This is a wonderful machine that performs as a tablet, or a computer. I have docked it to a port replicator on my desktop with dual screens, keyboard, mouse. I have taken it on trips and streamed TV into the car with my cell phone. I have recommended this seller and product to multiple people since my purchase.

Don't waste your money, you're paying for a brick. I just unboxed it and tried booting it up. This is as far as I got, which is the starting screen. It doesn't even respond to touches or taps or button presses. Returning it right now, DO NOT BUY!

I purchased this for my 19 year old daughter. She is an artist and the Surface Pro allows her to do more detailed work when it comes to color schemes.

It’s pretty good feels like a refurb though and the battery gets hot

Product is running windows 10. System screen shakes and the product is vey heavy to hold, not what I expected out of a tablet. I will be returning g this item.

This tablet worked decently (not excellent) for 1 month and then gave issues shortly after. A few months later, it wasn't charging smoothly and then no matter how much it was charged, it came as 0% and we cannot use it. It is nowhere near "excellent condition" as advertised. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
