Accurate and inexpensive. Highly recommend
Not sure what happened with the other people who reviewed this product but I found it very accurate and took the guesting out of my sanding steps during paint correction. Highly recommend. And yes the calibration process is weird but I used another reviewers guide and it worked flawlessly

So easy to use, a must have for any Buffer
This was such a stress relieving purchase. I detail cars and one thing that is always a concern when buffing is burning through the clear coat or gel coat. It's not always the easiest to tell how thick the coat is on some older units, but this thickness gauge helps a lot. Super easy to use and it comes with some sample thickness swatches for examples. The price was definitely worth the piece of mind I get from having it.
