Defective product
More than Half the strips are defective. Kindly try different seller. Because to give a chance again strips are not cheap anyway

Wrong strips supplied
The code of the supplied strips was 333 whereas my machine is having code 888. The code changer was not supplied there with hence having difficulties with the supplied strips. The strips should have been normal or universal not codified. Strips failed to give readings.

Accu Chek tests short by 10no.
I bought Accu Chek Active 50 and i paid an amount of Rs 954. Today as I recieved the parcel and I was shocked to see that there are only 40 strips of tests instead of 50. So I am returning this product and order again to see if I am being cheated again.

The remaining shelf life is less than the time already spent on the shelf.
ACCU-CHEK strips with shelf life of 21 months (Mfg. dt. 30.07.25 and Exp. dt. 29.04.27) were sent, that leaves 9 months and 5 days of remaining shelf life for 50 strips. Even if I use 5 strips per month still 5 strips will remain after the expiry date. It is advisable to mention the expiry date of medical items under "product description" for the benefits of customers to make an informed decision before purchasing.

You delivered Accu check instant strips instead of Accu check activa. This strip many a time gives error on insertion and also while showing result even after adequate blood sample
