This stuff works as good as any other brand. It is just the mucus relief. Sometimes I don't need the whole cold med mixture, but I need this. Especially when I am getting over a cold but the chest stuff lingers. Cheaper than brand name. Only 400 mg so you can take as much as you need. 400/800/1200. Works great for me. It is an oblong tablet. Not coated or if it is not much. Not too big though. You get 200 in this bottle. It does have a child proof lid, so maybe elderly will need help opening.

My mucus dries up fast with this. This is my second order and will definitely order again. Plus excellent price.

The smell is a strong medicine smell as with many medications. The taste is bad also, but the good and long-lasting results are worth holding my nose and swallowing the pill expediently.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now. Previously, I was using the CVS variant which was more expensive. I've needed to use this for a while due to the accumulation of post nasal drip. I discovered that by using this, I keep the mucous from accumulating and turning into bronchitis. This is good product at a good price.

This mucus relief stuff - the same ingredients as Mucinex - works. It's less expensive than the name brand. NOTE: this is NOT the extended release formula. It's a more immediate formula. Don't confuse the two. I'm not sure how many stars to give it - it works. It's less expensive than the name brand. What else would you want?
