Normally I don't post reviews when I buy items but I figured I should leave one for this product since I fit into the average category of a everyday person. So I bought this around Feburary 19th so try to slim up for a PT test at the beginning of March (I know I waited awfully late to buy it) I've used the Pro Clinical version and had amazing results I'm talking about to the point of a full fledge 6 pack but that was a few months after boot camp and that was also 3 years ago. Fast forward to now where I'm a little overweight with a slight beer belly. I read the reviews for this one before I bought it because I wasn't really sure if I wanted to buy this and reviews didn't really help especially if you were trying to figure out how much exercise and what food that person at. I got the first bottle and followed what it said on the bottle which was like take 1 pill for the first 2 days and you increase the intake as the days go by. A lot of people said they seemed jittery and had sudden doses of energy don't believe all that crap. Yes the pills have a tremendous amount of caffine but it's not that Redbull or Monster can feel.I was hoping to see rapid results like other people but my scale was broken so I had to look in the mirror and notice changes. The first week was pretty smooth I didn't see a difference anywhere. The 2nd week is when I started to notice actual changes this may be hard to understand but for people who know they are getting big and can fill that first flab of fat that starts to fill out but really doesn't... Well that was gone on my second weekend and believe me I'm not super obsessed with my body weight (I'm a male btw) but I at least want to look nice. I didn't change my eating habits and I intended to work out with these pills when I first got them I have yet to still do that and here I am a month later just now starting to workout.These pills definetly work and right now I'm halfway through bottle. I went from wearing 48W and 32L down to a more manageable 44W and sometimes a 42W on a good day. I was still eating pizza, ice cream, burgers (horrible fat food lol) but still losing weight and with no exercise other than walking everywhere at work. Now I've gotten to the point where all the fat that's really visible is all centered at my belly. No more back fat (which killed my feet and made me snore quite a bit) all of that is gone.Some pointers I do want to make is I HIGHLY suggest you take these pills WITH food. The bottle says don't but BELIVE ME if you take these before you eat or you take them and go a hour or 2 without eating YOU WILL FEEL SICK! If you forgot to take them before a meal (like I do sometimes) I just pop the 2 pills right afterwards and it still works but you will feel bloated especially if you go to cici's and eat like a caveman or cave woman. These pills are THERMOS which mean you will easily sweat just power walking otherwise you will just get hot real easy. I suggest you buy a 52oz Bubba at Walmart or here and drink it throughout the day or drink at least 4 bottle waters to help process everything through your system. Anoher thing, these pills do give you energy but it's more of a rise of energy then lowering of energy not a pop 2 and start dashing everywhere but that could be just my body. I have properly ate right before with the whole 3 meals a day and snacks in between but I didn't do all of that. You know your own body so if you typically eat 6 meals and 4 of them are main dishes the pills will definetly stop that and make you feel fuller and that's when you should experiment with yourself. This is coming from a hardcore gamer like 14 hours straight of video games leading up till 3 or 4 or the morning and still eating and going to sleep on it. Don't go all out on a full blown diet plan just stick to what you normally eat while slowly switching over to healthier items and everything else will fall into place.Fyi the latest I usually eat now is about 12AM since it takes about 2 hours for food to digest. If I get hungry after that I would eat some fruit since it's more feeling and you would burn it off in under a hour since it's just carbs basically. These pills DONT make you have the runs but the fiber will have you in the restroom within 2 hours after that your good to goI hope this clears up a lot of confusion and is a more straight forward review of this product. I will try to update after I finish the bottle since I'm just starting to workout so hopefully when this bottle is done my mini beer belly should be gone too.

I normally get two nutritional supplement bottles, one of ginkgo biloba and thealine separately, This has both of them, plus caffeine and other extracts which helps with energy and mood. I suffered from low blood pressure and drops of energy due to low sugar levels without notice. Passing out in the middle of lessons isn't a joke, even though people within the education thinks it is funny to patronize and use passive-aggressive comments over it. May they never get this, because actually having it is really annoying... and having to eat every three hours or so is just as frustrating when everyone else around you are able to get away with not eating for the whole 6-8 hours. So far these pills help preventing the drop of blood pressure and avoiding fainting spells. I will give more detail as tie passes to see if these are what my body truly needs to live a close to normal life.Update: Dec 2022:Recently I noticed flatter stomach, more energy and better academic results in economic classes. No change in diet. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years already before starting and needed a little boost in metabolism. I take these in the morning, while sleeping at night starting around 9 or 9:30pm. Combo between sleeping more and taking these I notice less gassy feeling and a less bloated stomach. Taking these alone won't do... these give the energy needed to boost your exercise and diet plan. Make sure to take these early. I highly recommend avoid afternoon consumption due to increase risk of insomnia at night. Sleep is part of healthy lifestyle and strong results. I also notice better results in homework and class readings. I wouldn't say this works like adderal, because addy will always be far superior than anything over the counter, but these capsules are pretty close and far cheaper. If you have crammed exams and classes I highly recommend taking these for maximum performance.

Firstly, Id have to say, I’ve had these pills before and I’ve had great and horrible experiences with them in the past. Some being, 15lb weight loss in 3 weeks, and secondly, an overdose that nearly scared me away from taking them ever again.However, it didn’t scare me too much because I recently started taking them again after bariatric surgery to gain an extra boost in weight loss while I lose weight.It seems however, I don’t seem to be gaining in the right places though. Today I went on the scale and instead of it reading it’s normal 208, it read 211, so something felt wrong to me. I’m still taking the pills hoping this is just fluctuation, water weight, and a bit of shark week coming on, but I seem to have hit a plateau where I hit my plateau the last time I lost weight.I’ve also noticed quite a bit of nausea after taking it, and feelings of discomfort in my chest. I was sent to the ER yesterday for near syncope and a rapid heart rate which they had no conclusion to why that happened other than possible low magnesium levels, but it wasn’t drastically low to the point of hospitalization.I’m just a bit concerned about this medication, but I’ll keep you all posted.

I ordered last night. It came first thing this morning. I tried one pill. This is what I’ve been looking for. I have been trying many different supplements looking for something to help get my energy back and clear out the brain fog. Nothing really worked but I feel like this is what I’ve been looking for. It’s strong and I’m not sensitive to caffeine or supplements. One pill is enough for me to get the focus and energy I’ve been looking for. I was previously using Hydroxycut Original without problems but I saw the great reviews on this formula and even saw some people promoting it on youtube so I figured I'd give this a shot once my bottle went empty. I began taking it and at first I noticed I was sweating more during my workouts but just recently began having serious irritation back there after bowel movements and even had blood while wiping. My wife began using them too and she told me she's now having the same side effects. Along side these side effects, I also have had severe itching of my legs like bugs were biting me all over and last night, I took it as usual before my workout, showered, had my protein shake and ate, but I crashed so hard within hours and went straight to bed, I was asleep for 16hrs straight, I haven't done that since I was a teen. I had none of these side effects with their original formula, I began using some normal 200mg Nutricost Caffeine pills also from Amazon for tonights workout and I feel great. Sorry for the TMI but people have a right to know what they're possibly getting themselves into, had to stop it immediately.
