I think the price is a little more for a chair but once u use it, it feels worthy, overall the best chair i have used so far, the manual ws understandable and the installation ws quite fun, looks premium and i think its a value for money opt.

Absolutely the best. I'm so happy. The messager is so good, it's easing my back pain 😁 The seat is so comfy and the armrest are soft.

I rarely write reviews, but the Dowinx gaming chair pushed me to it. The chair broke in just a couple of months — the rocking mechanism got stuck and became completely unusable. For a product marketed as “premium,” this is unacceptable. What made everything worse was the pathetic customer service. • I mailed them multiple times. • Days went by with no response. • Every reply I eventually got was slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. They kept saying the replacement part was “out of stock” with zero ETA. After a long wait, they finally shipped a replacement part — just the part — and then told me to fix it myself using a flimsy L-shaped tool that couldn’t even remove the screws. Some screws were so poorly designed that I had to use cutting pliers to get them out. And even after all that effort, the fix didn’t work. When I asked for a technician, they refused. When I asked for a replacement or refund, they dragged it out even more. The whole experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and honestly ridiculous for the amount paid. If you’re considering this chair — don’t. Poor build quality + horrible after-sales support = Absolute regret. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its product.

But cleaning is a big issue If you choose the fabric version, it tends to collect dust, sweat, and stains easily, and cleaning is not straightforward. Even the brand notes that fabric chairs are breathable but “more difficult to clean.” Not ideal for Indian conditions (heat/dust) In dusty or humid environments, the material can become sticky or dirty quickly, especially with long usage hours. Overall, this is a “comfortable but not low-maintenance” chair—fine if you’re ready to clean and maintain it regularly, otherwise it can become a hassle. Very comfortable. I didn't opt for the company assembly option. I was panicking before assembly. I didn't even open the package. I called the customer service and he was good and assured me that it would very easy to assemble. Then he assured that if I am stuck with assembly let him know and he will send an engineer to assemble. Then I assembled the chair. Very sturdy. You can fix the recliner at any point. Very stable. Comfortable for the spine, looks after the curvatures . Overall good.

This gaming chair meets my expectations in both design and comfort. It provides excellent support during extended use and adds a stylish touch to my setup. Highly recommended.

Nice chair adjustment are smooth and vibration is great and build quality is great just assembly takes time and it's just painful. Other than this no problemo

The max height adjacent is too low. It would have been better to have higher height adjustment

Non difficile da montare e di dimensioni contenute facile da ambientare.

Una volta assemblata la sedia presentava da subito un problema di inclinazione dello schienale che non raggiungeva i 145° dichiarati nella descrizione dell'articolo. Il venditore mi inviava prontamente l'elemento sostitutivo il quale una volta montato presentava lo stesso problema. Il venditore allora mi dichiara che l'inclinazione max dello schienale è di 135° e che hanno commesso un errore nella descrizione del prodotto ma a mio avviso arriva a malapena a 125°. Che dire la sedia non vale il prezzo pagato ed è stata una lunga perdita di tempo e di fatica per montarla 2 volte ed avere lo stesso problema. Peraltro ogni giorno cade lo schienale verso il basso e bisogna tirarlo su serrando la manopola al massimo. Giudizio super negativo. Se volete buttare i vostri soldi compratela pure.
