I’m using these with a bolus PEG tube as a source of electrolytes with some extra protein. I love them, thin as water with a nice flavor. I only use about half of one at a time because my stomach is shrunk and I’m retaining water, so it is great having the additional nutrition added into my feeding tube diet. This also does quite well at dissolving the pills I need to crush into my food intake, even better than water has done. The clear liquid makes it easier to see that my medications are completely dissolved. I like the berry flavor the least although it is still quite tasty, and even though cherry is my overall favorite flavor with these types of drinks, and peach is my least, I must say that the peach mango flavor is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this, and especially for anyone using a feeding tube, and have already had a few friends order some for themselves and fall equally in love with it!

I am not a big fan of protein bars or protein shakes, and being on a GLP-1 treatment plan, my dietitian wants to ensure I'm getting enough protein. She suggested protein water, and I have found these to be my favorite. These protein water drinks are a great way to get extra protein in your daily diet, and I appreciate the variety of flavors available in this variety pack. The peach mango is my favorite, but the other two are also great. They are a little too sweet for me, so I usually keep them at room temperature and then pour them over a tall glass of ice so that the ice melts and waters down the drink. Or I dilute it about 1/2 and 1/2 with water. There is a slight thickness to the liquid, which is not too noticeable for me, but again, I enjoy it more when it's watered down. I take these along on my hiking trips, and they work great to give me a boost of energy and quench my thirst. Plus, it helps give me a feeling of being full, so it satisfies my hunger for a while, which is a bonus! I usually have one 20 oz. drink per day. I find that if I have one bottle after work that it helps fill me up and I don't eat as much for dinner that evening.

These work well, but they have a "protein" taste. Almost a slight chalky feel with the taste. They hydrate well, but just be aware of that taste if that is something hard for you to experience.

Amazing. A protein drink that is both refreshing and doesn’t have a lot of fillers I don’t want. Everything else is heavy and milky. I drink them every morning after I work out. So glad I found these!

A few months ago I became so early ill to the point where I'd lost over thirty pounds in two months. I was 79 pounds and they were getting ready to suggest feeding tubes which I refused, so they encouraged me to try this water and I'm I want to tell you this water saved my life. It tastes good and it's very good for you

Flavor wasn’t very good

I really enjoy these. I’ve been ordering them for years. They are great for on the go, good source of protein, low in sugar and I love the taste.

My favorite flavor is cotton candy. I put a half a packet of crystal light fruit punch in it and it is so yummy. I got really sick this year and started losing my hair due to lack of protein. I have three of these today every day and it has stopped my hair loss and gives me so much energy.

I made a mistake and ordered 15g of protein but so delicious already.

I didn’t receive the flavors listed only received cherry and a blue flavor which I’ve had before and was wanting to try something different. If I didn’t like these flavors I would have sent them back so 3 stars

The product is great and flavors are great. The product is overpriced as you can find it in other places with way less price. I ordered last time two from the same item and I received totally different flavors than what I ordered for both items. If you don't have the item just tell that it ran out of stock but sending me different than what I ordered, this is not acceptable.
