Opted for the 7 cm option as they are not too long and bulky for hanging items in the kitchen. These are not heavy duty but are more than up to holding most kitchen items. My other s hooks have these small rubber protectors at each end to stop any damage to your hanged item. The issue with is that the protectors fall off but you only realise this when you want to use them. These hooks have the ends rounded off so preventing damage and at the same time, won't get lost as they are integrated into the design.

Strong and sturdy – hold kitchenware, tools, clothes, and more with ease Rounded ends prevent scratches and slipping - this is really good - shows attention to detail and stops the inside steel from rusting too easily. You can bend them in/out if needed to accommodate larger items, or possibly close the hook-up at one end to ensure it does not drop away from the bar it is hanging from as easily. Great for use just about anywhere you need to hang stuff - especially camping! Comes as a pack of 10
