This item is perfect for my key to my red 2013 Porsche Cayenne (took forever to find one in red)

looks nice but the center piece does not fit all the way on. I left the original middle piece and just put on sides.

This may be an unfair review. I was seeking a Fob damage cover (like for iphones and other key fobs) to protect from drops to the ground, especially concrete. This product was shown in my word search, and nothing better was listed so I ordered one to investigate. This item turns out to be a vanity product that just converts the standard Porsche Black fob plastic body to another color (flat Burgundy). Examining the product, it offered no additional protection like after-market covers for my Honda Fobs. So as a vanity product, it is quite good, in my view, comparable to the quality of plastic from Porsche. It just wasn't what I was seeking.

Ordered this part to refresh a former aftermarket key shell install that was beat up after ~6 years.Contrary to what other reviewers say, the middle fit snug (same as my previous aftermarket piece).Keep in mind these rest slightly higher around the emblem/crest than the OEM chrome one but that never posed an issue.Fantastic product. I haven’t had a chance to actually test the key but I am assuming it should be fine given it appears to be the same fit as my former install.
