Good taste, not too salty or sweet, feel good about clean and higher quality ingredients, mixes well, no leftover residue. I like the flavor. I bought these for the Dreamstate Festival my boyfriend and I attended based on the reviews I saw here. In my opinion, they are wildly overpriced, but that being said, we have a lot left over so a little goes a long way. The taste was just ok, but the main reason I went with these was that there's not a bunch of crap chemicals they add to it. I might be willing to try a different flavor if the price were to come down at some point. Bottom line, they did what they said they would do. Dissolved easily, not too sweet, and they kept us hydrated for a night of dancing. Dissolved easily which was good as we put it in our hydro-packs and sipped it from the attached straw.

I’ve waited two months before reviewing this product to make sure it wasn’t just a fad. This product is legit! I have consumed more water in the past two months than I have in a long time. My body feels better and I have more energy. The only thing I would caution is the amount of water to use. It was way too much flavor to put into one 16oz bottle. I mix it with 50oz of water and it is perfect for me.

I love Instant Hydration so much that I now get a monthly subscription. One box is enough for one person a month (since there are 30 sticks in a box). My favorite flavor is the cherry limeade, my second favorite flavor is raspberry, and mango pineapple is probably my least favorite because too much of the salt comes through with that flavor and not enough of the taste. I love that these are made of natural ingredients and are sugar free yet still taste delicious (it is a slightly acquired taste because they are so high in minerals). They’re way better than Liquid IV and I will never go back after switching to these. I can’t recommend them enough.

I wasn’t sure about the cotton candy flavor, but I ended up loving it! I teach hot workout classes, and I love drinking it during classes to keep me properly hydrated. The flavor is sweet, but no added sugar. I love it over ice! Highly recommend!

Taste isn't bad, little salty I like to put a slice of lime in my water when drinking it and that helps. Does not give me energy or clear the brain fog at all.

Very good just super salty so I only put a half packet in! It gives a very light energy throughout the day, I don't see myself reaching for an energy drink or coffee when i have this!
