I workout about 4-5 times a week and was using different electrolytes like LMNT. I could never get a whole packet down. These are still salty in taste but much more refreshing because of their thoughtful ingredients. So far I love the watermelon flavor, it tastes amazing. I am noticing I am much more hydrated when drinking one of these after a workout with much less muscle cramps. Will be using Instant Hydration as my go to electrolyte from now on.

I absolutely love this electrolyte mix! I've tried a lot of others, skratch was a favorite but just couldn't handle all the sugar and was never salty enough. I was adding salt to it! This is perfectly salty and if I add a real lime wedge to the lemon Lime is like a margarita! If you're looking for an easy to mix and saltier electrolyte mix, this is your brand. I've tried lemon, lime and orange, preferring the lemon lime more but switching it up, so I don’t get tired of either of them. I don’t notice the bloating that I noticed from other brands, I think due to the sugar. I think the monk fruit perfectly sweetens this electrolyte mix without ever feeling too sweet, I think it’s a perfect balance between salty and sweet! My only tiny complaint is that they don’t offer a large bag that I can scoop out of instead of just offering the single servings. Pros and cons to both, but I sure would like to see a bulk option. I noticed I feel hydrated and energized pretty quickly after I start drinking it, something that water alone generally doesn’t do for me since I do a lot of high intensity exercises where I sweat a lot! I also appreciate the high-quality ingredients, ingredient sourcing does matter!

I have tried the Watermelon flavor and that's very refreshing and tastes great. So, I decided to try the lemon-lime. It's horrible. Leaves a bitter taste and is horrible on the palate. Definitely not a good one. I decided to try this flavor because I heard it monk fruit as the sweetener. Turns out it does have monk fruit but still they use Stevia. I would love it if they would just use monk fruit in their products. Anyway, this flavor is horrible.

I have only used this a couple of weeks but it tastes great and it keeps hydrated during the hottest part of day. It’s a 10 for me.

Flavor isn’t too strong. Good for rehydrating. Dissolved easily. I like that it has sea salt in it.

That said, we didn’t love the lemon lime flavor. It wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t taste as refreshing or natural as we were hoping for. The flavor felt a little artificial and slightly off compared to other electrolyte mixes we’ve tried. Because of that, it made it harder for us to drink consistently. Overall, the product itself has great ingredients and benefits — we just wish the flavor was a little better. I would consider trying a different flavor in the future!

Loved this product and ordered a second box. This tastes like a refreshing summer drink. The Watermelon flavor is great tasting too. It is filled with electrolytes and salt, nothing artificial and no added sugars which is key. I will say it is much saltier than other hydration drinks I have used, but I liked that aspect of it. It isn't overpowering. It is a bit pricey compared to those in the grocery or even online, but the health benefits seem to outweigh many others. There are 30 in a box and come in easy packs you can add directly to a 16oz water bottle or a cup of your choice. Easy to travel with for vacation or take for recovery after a workout.

A good friend had beenn trying to get me to use this, but I felt like I had already tried all of the things and they were pretty much all the same so I didn’t. Until I saw an ad where a man said that he used this and no longer got up during the night to use the bathroom. I thought if that really happened it was worth, however much this cost for me to actually get a full night of sleep again. Sure enough absolute miracle, I drink this religiously every day and I no longer get up in the night because I have to use the bathroom. The health benefits of sleeping a whole night through alone makes this so worth it! I am a Perimenopausal woman with two kids to put context around it.
