Couldn’t tell if it worked , was a little confusing to use

I used it regularly, averaging about 30 minutes of operation per day (three 10-minute cycles).However, it abruptly stopped working today. It failed in the middle of a cycle and now refuses to power on.I suspected the battery might be the issue, so I connected the charging cable. The display only flickered intermittently and erratically; it appears to be charging indefinitely without ever completing.I can't determine the cause of the malfunction – whether it's a battery problem, a fault in the hydrolysis mechanism, or some other internal failure.Unfortunately, my return window closed just two weeks ago.I strongly advise potential buyers to carefully consider the long-term reliability of this product before purchasing.-Update- (Currently 3 Stars):Following my initial 1-star review, the seller, HODOR POWER, promptly reached out to address my concerns. They offered a full refund for the defective unit, which I accepted. They also highlighted their one-year after-sales support for operational issues.I appreciate the seller's quick response and willingness to provide a full refund. Based on this positive after-sales experience, I have decided to repurchase the same Hydrogen Water Bottle (ASIN B0DFWK9YSC) and am currently testing the new unit.While my initial experience with the first bottle was disappointing, the seller's support has been commendable, leading me to raise my rating to 3 stars at this time to reflect their responsiveness.I will provide a final update to this review after approximately the same duration of use that led to the failure of my first purchase to assess the long-term reliability of this second unit.

I am neutral on this product. First, the bottle design itself is pretty and the angles align when the lid is properly aligned. However, the screw threads on the lid (and base) start on both sides of the lid and if you screw the lid in turned 180 degrees, the angles will not all align. The colors it turns as the hydrogen is released into the bottle are interesting, but add nothing to health benefits of the product.Finally (and most importantly), the instructions said to leave a little bit of water in the bottom (possibly to keep the hydrogen generator fresh or not damaged). I did that, but the product got knocked over in the cabinet overnight, so that the water was not covering the hydrogen generator in the base. The little bit of water was setting on the side. When the product was new, it seemed to generate thousands of very small bubbles. After it getting knocked over, it seems to generate dozens of much bigger bubbles. So, the same amount of hydrogen may be being generated, but there is much less surface area of the bubbles being exposed to the water, so I suspect it is not as effective at embedding hydrogen into the water. So, this product appears very easily damaged from not having water covering the base, as the instructions said to do.
