Not as sharp as I thought it would be. Quality is so so but it does the job

If you have fish to slice, turkey to carve or ham to cut, this knife works great. It's advertised as a sharp blade ... careful, the knife comes as advertised - very sharp! Has stayed sharp and cleans up nicely. With a 9-inch blade, it's the largest knife in my kitchen (well, bread knife is longer, but that doesn't count ~ and it certainly isn't as sharp).

The knife is sharp enough, but the handle and sheath are sloppily made and badly stitched
