Carmanon UH-1 RC Helicopter - Huey Collectable Remote Control Helicopter with Auto-Hover for Adults, Beginners, 1/27 Scale, 2 Batteries

I bought this chopper because several people I know had one and loved it. When it arravied, I flew it right out of the box. It is fantastis. It performed like you would not believe. But, about two weeks after I had received it sometrhing went wrong. I suddenly went high speed and would not respond. It hit a tree and broke the rotar head. I ordered replacement parts and fixed ther rotar head and replaced the blades. When I tested it, the chopper went into highspeed again. I returened to the manual and tried severa; time to correct the problem. NO luck. I contacted customer support and explained the problem.. Almost imediately the company contacted me. They are replacing the chopper an d the controller. This company is unbelievable. Even if they didn't repalce it, i would buy another one, its that much fun and knowing the company cares about its prodict makes it even better. For people whio like this kind of hobby, you will really like this chopper.

I just want to add, I was having the hardest time, trying to figure out how to get the main rotor to activate. I assumed by pushing the left toggle switch forward, the rotor blades would turn. When they didn't, I assumed, I hadn't pushed some other button on the remote, or had failed to pair the remote with the helicopter, properly. Finally, after reading, and rereading the instruction pamphlet provided in the box, I stumbled across one paragraph in the instructions that explained, to activate the rotor motor, you have to move Both Remote Toggles, to the Rear, and in Opposing Directions at the same time for three seconds. So, pull the left toggle back and to the left; the right toggle to the back and right. This stumped me for the longest time. I wish the Graphics in the enclosed instructions, illustrated that! But it, Did Not! I offer this in case anyone out there, find themselves in the same situation. The operating instructions overlook how to clearly engage the rotor motor.

This helicopter rocks, far above expectations i had before it arrived. It handles perfect, I handles wind with no issues if your good with the controls. I even purchased a 2nd one just because it works so well the power and maneuvering cant really expect more than what you get. I even added lego soldiers and a small winch and handle the weight eith no problem, I had one accident and the company sent it to me for no charge I highly recommend this awsome helicopter

It very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the manufacturer. We chose this helicopter for our son because it was beginner friendly and durable. (We even purchased the extended warranty). The first day my son flew the helicopter he was ecstatic. That lasted for a short time. Something changed with the remote or the helicopter itself. He was unable to control it because it wasn't responding to his commands. So we tried to reach out to the store on Amazon. NO luck. Then I called Amazon. They helped me email the store to request a replacement. Amazon was suppose to reach back out to me in three days to see if I received a reply. No reply and no call back from Amazon. I am very disappointed because our son absolutely loves the helicopter. Now we need to contact Amazon again to see what our next step is.

Un super helicóptero rc es una obra de arte un buen regalo para un entusiasta de los helicópteros rc ojo no es un juguete como se describe en el manual es un equipo de cuidado ya que puede ocacionar daños materiales o a las personas pues cuenta con una gran potencia ,tiene una gran estabilidad en el vuelo y cuenta con flujo óptico, se lo regale a mi hermano para su cumple y quedo super feliz dice que es impresionante.

Out of the box it paired easy and looks great. Once I got it in the air it was stable, but with any slight move, it tends to wander a bit and counter slides when you try side to side. When you want to shift right, it slides or sways at least 100-200mm to the left before moving to the right. this can cause some difficult issues in closed areas or near obstacles. Just be ready to go straight down or shut it down before it hits. The Chinese translated instructions are horrible. Company should invest in a proper translator at least.

Best heli I have purchased! Right out of the box does great! Great center piece for my desk as well, keep up the good work and keep rolling out scale helicopters!!
