Best product for Pelvis and Si joint release
I hurt my back weight lifting which affected Si joint back in April I have had many chiropractors treatments and massages (sports) I read reviews with some saying how expensive this item is but thought I had nothing to loose because I had to try and sort this problem out I had PN entrapment and I couldn’t deal with nerve damage in my back which can result in effecting your nervous system it’s an awful condition and I just wanted to get better I purchased this in September and was eager to try it out I downloaded exercises and used towel as it suggests the first time I tried this I wanted to throw it in the bin !! The pain in my back was unbelievable and my legs wobbled and nerves felt like they were on fire so I really thought I’ve wasted my money …./ I then thought I would use this on the bed and just lie on it and try to relax each day I did this and now I am able to use this on hard floor and follow Si joint release program daily and it’s been the best piece of equipment ever You will feel uncomfortable to begin with but no more than If you go for a treatment and everyday it improves I have now moved onto next program for pelvis stability What I love about this it puts your pelvis and joints in right position to enable you feel it working band know you are strengthening the joints correctly You can download and print out all the exercises needed to improve the condition you may need suffering from or to improve the stability of your pelvis The customer service is amazing they will answer your emails really quickly and offer advice It says to use towel but I found that to bulky so I cut a small square off one of my yoga mats and that helped as it also kept it secure on my back when first starting Go slow take your time even if you just lay on it for a week and gently rock side to side and build up you will see results very quickly afterwards

Excellent and worth the eye watering cost
What price is it worth for improving and maintaining the integrity of your spine, lumbar and sacral area? I did baulk at the cost of this momentarily until I did a quick sum in my head of how much I have had to spend on osteopathy and massage over the years. I have hip alignment issue that seems to regularly put me and other parts of the body all out of sorts. I feel this is great for mobilizing and realigning the area for me that I normally have to see an expert for. Unlike another reviewer I do not believe a ball would do as good a job nor would not put my trust in trying to look after my sacrum and spine with a ball. I think price of pain free mobility is priceless

This has changed my life
I don't usually leave reviews, but have felt compelled to do so for this product. After a cycling injury sustained whilst riding the London to Paris in 2019, I've constantly been in pain when on my bike and have regularly picked up other injuries (hip, knee, ankle) from other sports. In the last two years, I've spent over a thousand pounds to try and get this fixed - chiros, physios, osteos, podiatrists, sports masseuses, bike fitters - but none of them were able to give me an accurate diagnosis or treatment. I had pretty much given up on being able to do what I love, without accepting pain and injury. After more desperate Googling, I came across the Pelvic Clock and felt that it would be worth a final shot, but didn't hold out much hope. Frankly, I was astounded at how a simple piece of plastic could cost £85, but given the bills I've covered elsewhere, this is a drop in the ocean. After receiving the device, I followed the simple instructions and immediately felt how one side of my pelvis was much tighter than the other when trying to roll to one side, which seemed to explain the pelvic torsion I'd experienced. I then continued to use it 2 or 3 times a day for 10 minutes at a time and have seen rapid improvement in my pelvic alingment, which has led to me sitting more comfortably on my bike, as well as a huge balance in my leg length discrepancy. Now a month later, I'm nearly back to where I was before my original injury and I couldn't be happier about it.

Needs modifying
This idea could be so good, especially for freeing off and realigning a twisted pelvis but the product needs modification. The plastic is too hard and painful to cradle the sacrum and the product is far too high to be used on a solid surface, it's just about bearable on a mattress. Sadly I'll be returning.

Good exercise tool
Like the exercises and their effect on the pelvic/hip area. Definitely helps to loosen up tight muscles . Very pricey though for what it is

Too extreme if allready in pain
After too much sport over the years I have now hip SI joint and back pain.Gried all dorts of physical therapy to no avail.A few months of somatic education exercises was working ,I thought this pelvic clock would take it to the next level. I have now regressed badly and it is obvious to me that this over extends or pronates the back too much.Fine if you are flexible and painfree to begin with but not as a therapy it is too extreme. Plus the cost is ridiculous I reckon its a £25 product at the most.

AMAZING!
I had suffered with hip and lower back pain on and off for years, trying everything from yoga to stretching and sports. It built up worse over the past year with working from home, despite running a lot to try and reset my hips nothing worked. After a few days with the pelvic clock I could immediately feel improvements and after using it for a month or so now are feeling no more pain what so ever. It is a fantastic tool to isolate and enable you to easily reset your pelvis/hips/lower back and I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Prezzo troppo alto per quello che fa
Può essere utile ma rispetto al prezzo che ha sinceramente non me vale la pena. Provato quasi per un mese senza grandi risultati.

I didn't want to be old yet and so I tried this
UPDATE 4/4/21 It's been over a year since I started my physical rehabilitation. I've come a long way. I've learned a lot. And I'm in better physical shape than at any other point in my life. I've still got some residual pains; some days I have aches, but most days I'm (almost literally) bouncing about like a roo. I sleep better, I have more energy, I feel better mentally. Most of that was just getting my core into shape. And the Pelvic Clock was a huge part of that, particularly early on when I was in the worst of my troubles. These days, I honestly don't use it that much. As other have pointed out: you don't need this to do pelvic clock exercises. This is only useful, really, for people with injuries and weakness: this helps support and guide your pelvis as you work at activating and using all those muscles that have probably atrophied. I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants to improve or even maintain pelvic mobility and core strength, but has difficulty with the exercises. I especially recommend this for people on their own journeys of physical rehabilitation. For almost the first year of mine, I did most of my rehab on the floor, doing simple exercises, the Pelvic Clock being one them. (I binged all of ST:TNG, DSN, and most of Voyager in the process, which probably kept me on the floor longer than I needed to be!) For perspective, though, I should point out that I'm 41 now. That my weight has fluctuated over the years between rail-thin and a bit chubby – never ever really being in great shape, or at least actively and regularly maintaining it. By my mid-30s, I had let myself go. And then I had the souvenir hernia from my ancient appendectomy fixed and that became a bowel re-sectioning that gutted me pretty good. I was in bad shape and I never fully recovered. Until now. (But don't think it hasn't been a heck of a struggle to get here, even with the Pelvic Clock.) ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (2/14/20) Yes, it's an expensive chunk of what looks like plastic (I think it's actually a really high grade polyurethane), but ask yourself: "how much did I spend on my last chiropractor or massage visit?" Because if you use this correctly and routinely, you will feel the difference no number of chiropractic visits or massages could offer. It takes a while -- it may be awkward at first -- weeks and weeks and weeks, even -- but as you start to loosen up and work all those muscles that are normally on DEFCON 1 to protect your out-of-shape-blob, you'll feel where once was pain, the rewarding burn of muscle! May not cure you, but core strength, to which this will also help you develop, will never do you wrong. Between this and a couple other core exercises, a foam roller to loosen tightness, uses of ice and heat packs, and simply pushing myself to walk every day, I have turned around what I could have just as well let rot me away for the rest of my life. I started with lower back pain and sciatica. A few months on, I have a fraction of the back pain (and it still seems to be getting better every day!) and the sciatica is lessening in severity, too.

Amazing little decixe
I have spinal stenosis and this little unit has given me so much relief. Important to stay with the program. I saw results after the 2nd week and it just keeps getting better. Even showed it to my physio and she thinks it is great as well.

Yes, it helps re-alignment.
Bought as gift for partner. She is real positive about the clock which appears to help click her lower back into place. A simple device to use. Apparently saves her visiting the physio.

Hilft super!
Mega.
