I needed to find a smaller calcium pill that was easy to swallow, and these fit the bill. Plus, I only have to take 2 each day, rather than 4 pills like most other brands. No clue yet if they're helping with my osteopenia yet--not until my next bone density scan. But I appreciate that they are so much easier to take than other calcium supplements I've tried.

These are a good buy for the four months supply. The capsules are egg shaped and about the size of a usual omega Capsule. I was already taking D3 so I thought this was a good deal for all the extra to replace that supplement and add more benefits. I haven’t noticed any side effects since taking these.

I have only been taking this for maybe a couple weeks, and so far my hip is starting to feel better. I hope it's not just me thinking it's better. My body just doesn't absorb those hard pills. So praying these will work to reverse my osteoporosis.

I actually feel great since starting to take this supplement. I have more energy and do not feel so drained. They are small and easy to swallow, odorless, flavorless, and do not upset my stomach at all.
