I've been taking NMN for three years and heard about NMNH as being a better and newer NAD booster. I used to feel energy and clarity improvements from NMN, but that slowly declined. I took the plunge after reading about NMNH having five times more potency and 10 times longer NAD surges than NMN. I've only been taking NMNH for a few days but it feels just like NMN used to. Compared to other NMN supplements this definitely stands out because of the increased potency, however it is also more expensive and getting the multi pack doesn’t give you much savings. I started noting more steady energy and focus levels throughout the day rather than ups and downs and felt like I had better endurance during workouts rather than forcing myself through them on lower energy days so there’s definitely a difference in taking these versus the typical NMN supplements, recovery after workouts also seems to be quicker. They also have 99% purity and are very easy to take, I take them along with TMG from the same brand. I trust Longevity box supplements and use quite a few from them so I would likely repurchase it.

A rare opportunity, but is it worth it? If like me you are trying to delay the ageing process you are probably in the camp of people looking at all the latest research to buy supplements that support healthy ageing. Count me in that camp too as I am now 71 Let me be clear, I have had numerous products from longevity box over the past year and been impressed with the range on offer, quality and value. One reviewer mentions the disparity on the package description, however there is NO DISPARITY. NAD production is entirely different to NMN potency so perhaps that reviewer may want to correct that mistake? I was excited when this product became available to try for all the reasons above. Do your own research on this and like me you will discover that Dihydronicotinamide mononucleotide (NMNH) is a reduced form of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN). Both NMNH and NMN are precursors to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a vital coenzyme involved in various biological processes. Once you start to look into this in detail you will begin to understand that ageing will by definition likely reduce your vital NAD levels so being able to take a supplement that can restore vital lost levels of NAD could be a major contributor to our longevity goals described above.. Clearly a few days of use on this unique product is not going to move the needle much on the longevity scale but after I finish the course I will update to reveal my own experience using this. This is third party tested …GREAT! For me it is definitely worth paying a little more to know that they are 98% pure and contain no binders, fillers, flavours , additives, preservatives, dyes, or heavy metals. It is also Vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO; it contains no artificial additives or preservatives. There is enough for a 2 month supply and the capsule is easy to take and swallow and no real taste either. Would I pay £30 per month to live a longer healthier life .......HELL YEH… but will this product deliver that? We will see as the weeks, months and years unfold. But like me do all your research first.

I've got to be honest I've taken NMN before sublingually and had a very potent increase in energy from it. This however is just as expensive if not more expensive and I have noticed no increase in energy levels. I know it's a longevity supplement so many health benefits may not be obviously noticeable immediately, but I'm just stating the difference I have found between this NMNH and NMN. Unfortunately I'm probably not going to buy again.

This is A very good supplement it gives you a lot of energy and it boost my high up and my energy last all day I been taking it almost a year so far have not experienced no side effect
