I ordered already an waiting for it but does it come fully assembled?

It does not come fully assembled. In fact, you must assemble the entire thing including putting air in the tires.

Wish the supports was rod holders like the smaller version ?

Good morning, I’m not sure what your question is? The rod holders are the same on the Big Kahuna and the Kahuna Junior. Thank you, Jennifer Alumacart, Inc.

can it be set with 16" ballon tires instead of the 11.8" that comes with?

Not with out spacing the axles further from the frame. Not enough clearance as built

This was 700 a year ago how do you justify 1k now?

It's a tank, it will hual alot of weight through deep sand easily.
