This product is get what you pay for . I’m sorry I would not recommend this product. Leaks and cuts into the skin it’s not one size fits all . Very disappointing .

I am a sole caregiver for my elderly father. When I ordered and used this for the first time, I was so happy to finally find something to give a little break from lifting, pulling and changing pulls up all day. I bragged on this machine… 3 days later. Leaking everywhere, pump not working properly and more urine to clean from floor. Sad because this was a great idea.

The item is not. Adequate in size.. I couldn't find any description of size or waist dimensions.. Very tight. Very disappointed. I do have some ideas to see if I can make it work.. These merchants should be held accountable. For what they Sell and market. I am in a situation because of. A infection? And I'm going to have to go. At least another night. Struggling.. Needless to say, I'm not very happy. I almost feel used. And abused. The online market companies need to be. Held accountable. For these mishaps. Of judgment.
