I very rarely return items, but after two weeks, I returned this for a refund as I don't believe it's fit for purpose.I had already compromised when purchasing the tracker, as I was disappointed it didn’t have a user-replaceable battery. However, since I own and like other Anker and eufy products, and considering that in three years technology will no doubt have moved on, I decided to accept the compromise and go with a brand I trusted.The setup was relatively straightforward, although you need to connect the tracker to both the eufy Security app and Apple Find My. For the first few days, everything worked fine. Then, one day, while driving with my phone on silent and in driving mode, it suddenly started playing a tune repeatedly. Later that same day, I was in a meeting, with my phone again on silent, and it started playing the tune again. The tracker was activating lost phone mode when I sat on my wallet in a certain way, despite having the accidental press prevention mode enabled. So, I disabled the find-my-phone feature. It wasn’t a feature I bought the tracker for, so it was no big deal.Next, just over a week after setting up the tracker, I was out and received a notification that I’d left my wallet behind. However, I had my wallet with me, and the tracker was still inside. With the tracker beside my phone, the eufy Security app connected to the tracker without issue, but Apple Find My couldn’t detect it. I followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail.A week later, Find My still hadn’t reconnected to the tracker, so I decided to return it. This is a device you should be able to leave in your wallet and forget about until you need it, at which point it should just work. I had spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting, which wasn’t what I intended when I bought it. I’ve never had this issue with other trackers, whether from Apple or third parties.

I bought this because I was always losing my wallet around the house. Initially it was great, connected to the FindMy app and plays an alarm when you need to find it.I have had it since January 2024 and the battery has now died. I hadn’t realised that it wasn’t rechargeable and rather than changing the battery you must throw it away and buy a new one.This is a huge disappointment and a waste of £30. If it was rechargeable I’d recommend it 100% but what a wasteful design and an awful battery life. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased December 23. I have 3 eufy tags and use apple tags and this wallet tag. Worked great was kept in a card wallet. Then just stopped the battery life the last time I checked it was still full. The other tags are older and have use in luggage all over the world and hidden in cars not a problem. But the card tracker thought it would last longer than 7 months very disappointed.

Battery ran out after 3 months, it cannot be replaced. I have complained, I would like a refund. Badly designed, could easily accept a button battery and be slightly thicker and not be landfill after 12 weeks use. Avoid this environmental waste of space.

I was excited to get a new tracker that fit in my wallet as AirTags are too bulky and enjoyed the feature of being able to locate my phone from my wallet and vice versa (be nice if you could change the ring from a nursery rhyme though)I had my wallet and phone stolen on holiday and once I logged back into the Eufy app it showed that my wallet was last seen on the time of robbery and not updated since, isn't the point of the tracker to track the location of things?Don't waste your money unless you are prone to losing your phone and wallet within 20m of yourself or really enjoy Bingo was his name-o on the piano playing every 5 minsHopefully Apple releases slimmer AirTags soon

I bought this 9 months ago for my wallet and while I was abroad I had a notification on my find my saying I have left my wallet behind but it was in my pocket, tryed pressing the button and holding the button but it’s not beeping or connecting to my phone, so much for the 36 months battery

These items failed within a year. Apparently they have a known fault. Spoke to Eufy who will replace but only come with the warranty remaining on the failed items - crazy.Alternatively, they will only offer a 30% refund if the items become faulty after 90 days. Eufy used to offer great customer service but, no more!

Battery Ran out after a year just get an airtag at least you can swap batteries there

This is a great tracker. It works immediately with find my in ios devices. Don't worry, works well on android devices too, just download the eufy app and add the tracker and you're good to go. Works with 2032 battery

The one time i needed to find my wallet it had issues connecting. Doesn't support the UWB location feature so it won't point you to the item like it does with a normal AirTag.Long term edit:I’ve used it a couple more times and it’s been more reliable. I still miss the UWB feature but at least you can hear in which pant pocket you left the wallet.
