It's a great Laptop with a great Warranty
This is a really cool laptop. And a nice one. I actually purchased for my older sister, to replace a 1k Dell I had bought her several years ago. I paid $299.00. And I was able to migrate all of her stuff from the old onto the new Nimo in no time at all. I say I, but I didn't really have to do squat. And the interactive AI is absolutely surreal. My sister and dog Ollie, as well as myself were conversing with what seemed like a real person, even talking to Ollie. It's fast, sleek, highly functional. Has great screen resolution. Backlit keyboard. And feels to be very well made. Although I didn't check myself, I don't believe the specs said anything about Touchscreen. I'll check and update my review next time I go over. But after just having purchased a new HP with the Primary difference being 64gig of Ram and 2TB of SSD, mine has touchscreen, but not backlit keyboard. And although I need the speed and space. I honestly think in retrospect I would have gone with a higher model of the Nimo for myself had I known of them at the time. Another really cool aspect is the charger. Same type you use to charge your phone and tablet with. And then there's the warranty. These guys are going to wind up owning the market share given enough time. The Bluetooth on it connected lickety split. The Wi-Fi connected in with nothing more than just a press of the WPS button on the router. Didn't even need the Pass Code. If you're kids need a Laptop, I would recommend this hands down. If you need one, and store a lot of photos, music or use it for work then I'd go up a notch. A bit more Ram. Maybe more hard drive. Great warranty. So far I'm very impressed by this American Company.

Great value from a reliable company
I purchased the Nimo N151 (N100 CPU, 16GB + 1TB SSD) and am totally satisfied with my purchase and with the service this company offers. I wanted an inexpensive and light-weight computer to be part of my emergency radio communication "Go Kit." With the 4-core N100 CPU, it has enough power to handle some relatively CPU-intensive applications such as real-time decoding of amateur radio digital modes. The screen is bright with almost no bleed around the edges and the keyboard has a great feel for a laptop. I can switch between my desktop ergonomic keyboard and the Nimo without feeling that I need an hour to adjust to the feel of the laptop keyboard. I find the fingerprint reader to be reliable and the number of ports to meet my needs. The addition of a micro-SD card slot is a nice plus for me as the Nimo will go on the road from time to time, possibly needing some extra storage to take along some movies. The graphics are crisp and the unit worked fine streaming Amazon Prim Video, Paramount, and Netflix. You won't be running the more recent games on this Intel UHD equipped laptop, but just as an experiment I installed my old Skyrim AE from Steam and it ran quite well - even with a fair number of mods - provided I reduced resolution to 720p. I understand the UHD 700 on this Alder Lake generation CPU is about equivalent to an Nvidia GT770. Not bad for a low power consumption chip set – 6W for the whole shebang. For those interested, I ran this on solar power from a fold-out solar cell array feeding a 13.8v charger into a LiFePo4 battery driving a USB-C socket. The Nimo ran just fine, even when I took the battery out of the circuit and left it on solar only - and that was on a partially sunny day in the notoriously cloudy Pacific Northwest. A word about SERVICE. One reason I purchased the Nimo was the solid reputation for service that I saw in other reviews. As a self-proclaimed expert I didn't expect to need help, but after I fiddled around with resolution changes, suddenly my trackpad stopped working cold. A USB mouse or bluetooth mouse worked perfectly, but not even an icon appeared for the trackpad. I rolled up my sleeves and started at the bottom: hardware issue? BIOS? Driver? Nothing I did worked, so I fired off a missive to Nimo Support. The next day I recived an answer with a series of things I could try. Well, their first suggestion took only few seconds to implement and VOILÀ! Trackpad back in service. Now, I've owned maybe 12 laptops going back to 1992, but it has been quite a few years since I bought a new one (being retired). I had never owned one where a function key toggled the trackpad and felt a bit chastened when all I had to do was press Fn F5. So my advice is: when trouble-shooting a computer problem start at the mostly place – user error. So kudos to Nimo for their product AND their service.

A really decent laptop
I was looking for something out of the norm and so I decided to try this brand, especially seeing that they are trying to bring the manufacturing of these products back to the US where it should be. I also wanted something simple yet functional and not too expensive. Thankfully I found out about this and decided why not. Let's give it a shot and boy am I happy with it. Got a beautiful rose gold color. Works very well. Has good sound quality. Easy to use. It's also a pretty good size. Not too big but not too small. It's that really good, healthy medium. I'm glad I discovered this brand and didn't go for the more mainstream ones that usually tend to have a lot of problems and contradictory information.

Amazing laptop for the under 400.00 market
For the price point of this laptop, it definitely exceeds my expectations. I purchased this laptop as a replacement for the one I purchased 3 months ago. The original laptop was dropped and broke the screen hinge and backlight. There are no replacement parts available for the laptop, so a new one was in order. The lack of replacement parts is the only reason I am not giving a five star review for this laptop. The screen size and image quality are on par with many other high end laptops costing 5-10 times as much, the processing power is more than adequate for what I use it for, however it is by no means a gaming laptop. It has the latest Bluetooth connection compatibility, will connect to wifi A,B,G, and N. It doesn't have a built in Ethernet port, but will recognize most USB adapters (I do have an older HDMI adapter that it doesn't recognize). It comes with 16gB of ram installed, which is sufficient for my uses, but isn't upgradable any further, that's the max it supports. Overall, it is a great student or office laptop and for under $400.00 USD, it would be hard to beat.

Very pleased with the Nimo 15.6” Windows 11, 1TB SSD computer. Have spent the week setting it up, transferring all of my documents, video and pictures from my desktop computer, while also setting up my various browsers, and installing necessary software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc). Very pleased. Bought the computer for $449, which is a steal of a deal.
